I'm not at all upset about the policies. I've got those all figured out. I know that assholes buy the good shit and return their old Walmart shit to Amazon in its place and then Amazon sells it by the pallet load to places like BidFTA who then breaks up that pallet load into the individual auction and bin items that your greedy little capitalist heart desires. So, at some point, odds are good that what's in the box is NOT what you're expecting. That's not a problem UNLESS you've bid on an "AS IS" item, a "PREVIEW FOR CONDITION" item (that you failed to preview), or you didn't verify that what you bought was what you were expecting BEFORE leaving the building. Meet *those* conditions (record all interactions because people have been known to lie) and the warehouse manager will actually initiate a refund if you've been duped. I got a good haul today. I would have been a happy little bitch today. But, that dude at the door had to go and fuck the whole situation up for EVERYONE. Nah. I'm more irritated about the fact that nobody has any sense of decency. Specifically, these idiots act like the idea of accommodating disabled people is inconceivable. We entered through their "temporary" entrance that was marked "EXIT ONLY" after having made our way to the "ENTRANCE ONLY" to find small paper signs informing us (disabled) that we'd have to double back to the exit to enter there. Oh. Entering through the exit is cool! Got it. The items I needed were in the upper aisles (63 & 65) so we then veered left into that section where we were informed that we'd have to go BACK TO THE ENTRANCE BECAUSE THAT WAS AN EXIT ONLY. Sir. This warehouse is huge. What I heed is like 30 feet away. It's literally right behind you, sir. Even after explaining that what I needed was mere feet away and that we were disabled. And that I would need to go back for MY CANE and Sexy Beast might not make it that far, he insisted that we GO ALL THE FUCK AWAY AROUND. Sir, I hope your favorite food gives you immediate and unrelenting diarrhea. I hope every time you get comfortable, your feet itch. I hope your favorite movie is never on. I hope that one person that you really like, never has time for you. You are mean just to be mean and a poor reflection on BidFTA. I hope they make you work by that loading door all winter. The good is that you can find some stuff for cheap, the bad I bought a chair and it was advertised with nothing missing. Got home opened the box and pulled the chair out and it had no back and the arm rest was missing This is a massage recliner. I notified the customer service and they sent me their process and no return statement. The only condition that a return is allowable is if the item was not advertised correctly. They refused this and advised me that.I should have inspected the item in which I get but in this case I'd have to pull this big chair out of the box and find someone who works there and go through that process so at the end of the Day the return policy is not true and process is flawed. I thought that I was bidding on a Toro lawnmower that was gas powered as the pictures displayed the item very clearly. When I got it home, it was not a Toro but a walmart brand that was electric and no battery. I contacted BidFta and they said I was stuck with the $171 item because I didn't open the box inside the warehouse. What I learned from this experience is...don't count on getting the right item and scammers are everywhere. Shady business read more

Won bin on item advertised/classified as "Brand New." However, it was missing 8 parts. Deborah in Customer Service refuses to refund me or provide me with duplicate product with all parts included. She refuses to provide me with manager's information. So, BEWARE. They are using deceitful business practices to drive the bidding up. Incompetent and soulless management makes policies that put undue burden and stress on the CUSTOMER and the EMPLOYEES Drove an hour to pickup items at Florence, AT THE APPOINTED DATE, and the items were not ready (the entire auction was lost). A good management team would have sent people out to find the lost auction and retrieve the valued customers items. But these clowns do not value us at al instead they want to send us an email if they ever find the items and then we are supposed to make ANOTHER two hour trip. The actual fact is, he management decided screw the customer and just do what is easiest and simplest for the company and the customer can waste their time and spend their fuel money because we THE MANAGEMENT over promised and under delivered. They just want to take our money and our time and expenses do not matter a bit. Wrong items, they put sticker on wrong box's I was stuck with expired coffee I never bid on. They would not refund, or assist in anyway. Guitar I bought was broke in half photos intentionally left that part out. Did nothing to assist or refund. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced and many of the staff on location are rude and unhelpful. U mean extremely rude, and bitter. Like they cant stand their customers.
