Don't get me wrong they do a good job.......but why the absolute fuck and excuse me but i'm so irritated.....why does it take 40 fkn minutes to do one persons eyebrows lip & chin ? i'm so serious ‍this is insane and it's annoying because they're ALWAYS short staffed only 1 girl is always working here and they're always packed so it takes like an hour to get seen. I've been waiting sense 2:40pm......it's 3:38pm as im writing this. Get more people working here! Easy sign in at the front desk makes everything much more convenient than getting those punch cards that I always end up losing. read more

First the lady was threading way to slow that it was painful and the thread kept breaking, it broke about 4 times. I have been coming here for about 2 years now and I don't plan on stopping. Everyone here is so friendly and make an effort to remember you by name and show interest in you every time you come here. Geeta always does an incredible job with my eyebrows. She never disappoints! I've been here post COVID as well and it's always clean and sanitary. All employees wear masks the whole time and masks are required from customers as well. They have been following all guidelines to ensure the place is a safe as possible for their customers.
