The service is horrible. The brow specialist took less than five minutes on both my brows. She left them super thin I told her clean only. And to top it off she left a bald spot on the inner part of my left brow probably because how fast she was removing the hairs. Don't go to this place unless you are really short on cash. Yeah, the $4.99 price sounds enticing, but Sweety Sharma really does not know how to do eyebrows. I'm Indian, so I've grown up getting my eyebrows threaded, and I will never go back to this place. Sweety Sharma first of all does not know anything about shaping. I had told her specifically that I had grown out my eyebrows for over a month (pretty embarrassing to do), so I can get my eyebrows shaped into an arch again. She completely ignored my request and made my eyebrows completely straight. Not to mention, she missed so much hair! Then, when I complained that she had failed to shape it correctly, she made my eyebrows unbearably thin and STILL FAILED to make them arched. My eyebrows were MORE ARCHED when they had grown out after a month or two! In addition to all this, Sweety is so rough with your hands and face. She grabs your hand and puts it on your eyebrow to hold it, and she pushes aggressively when she wants you to move your hands. I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a cosmetician. If you care about your eyebrows and your wallet, you will go spend a few extra bucks and go to another cosmetician rather than waste your $4.99 on this place. read more

I only go to this place when my usual spot (Roni's)is closed. They are ok for a touch up but they just arent consistent. Only one girl here is pretty good. My eyebrows were never even and were getting thinner and thinner. They are cheap but I end up having to come once a week instead of going twice a month like other spots. My eyebrows are usually good with her. The shape isn't always very sharp, but its clean. Tips: 1. Come in, sign up for what you want 2. Don't browse, or she will be super pushy for you to buy something. Most of the product are cheap and full of harmful chemicals. 3. Walk straight to register after, or she will stand in front of you pushing you to buy something. 4. Be VERY CLEAR about what you want. She will quickly suggest other areas to thread and start that area BEFORE you give her approval to do so. 5. Chin- apparently, we have 2 chin areas. Once, she charged me for front chin and under chin SEPARATELY. didn't explain before they were 2 areas. But the next time, she only charged me for 1. Strange. 6. Tweezing- she will start tweezing whatever the thread didn't get! Be clear about where it's cool to tweeze and where it's not. Tweezing mustache hair effing hurts. Good luck! read more

After a while of completely neglecting the ever-growing hair of what used to look like my eyebrows, I finally caved and went to Sweety's. I was hesitant to go since the last time I came here, I was neither thoroughly pleased nor disappointed when they finished up; I was just very glad they did not mess up. So I went on Sunday at about 7pm (they close at 7:30pm) because laziness got the better of me and I did not want to drive or wait for long. I got my wish since the place was completely deserted when I arrived. *Fist Pump* I checked in and got seated right after and the kind lady began working her magic. Before she started, I told her that I wanted a little bit of arch, but not enough to make me look surprised all the time. I have a tiny forehead so big arches make me look creepy. She nodded and told me "Yes," but I was still going to watch her as a hawk as she maneuvered around my bushes. When she was finished with my first eyebrow, I was very impressed! She had restored my eyebrows, and boy, did that take some work. She continued on with threading the other eyebrow and finished up. Then she came in with those tiny little scissors and helped my little hairs out. After, she put something that appeared to look like witch hazel in a cotton ball and went over my eyebrows to soothe the sting. When I looked in the mirror, I was genuinely excited and happy for lo and behold, there were eyebrows with a small arch - handcrafted by this magician. Other places I have been to for threading always pull on my hand or smack my forehead around, but this lady was gentle and guided my hand around. She was super nice about everything given that everything cost $5 + tip. I got my little card signed and will not hesitate to go back to the same lady. When I examined it at home, I only had to pull out 2 little hairs with tweezers! I do have to say that being specific on what you want makes a difference here. Last time I did not mention anything specific and I just hoped that they knew what they were doing since I already have a natural arch, but they kept it straight. Consistency is not their best service. This time, before I sat down, I looked her in the eye and made clear what I wanted and came out more than satisfied. read more

Terrible! I had to tell the owner that she still left hair in certain areas of my eyebrows at least 5 different times. She kept saying that she couldn't get those because I've previously plucked my eyebrows. Really lady? They are long and sticking out! She didn't try to give my eyebrows any type of shape nor did she at least try to clean them up nice. This last time I went will be the last time I ever go back. It appeared as the lady doing my brows was new as another lady was helping her. I had two ladies trying to do my brows. When they were done they didn't even give me a mirror to look at them or wiped my face. I tried looking at them and appeared ok. When I got home it was awful..I still had hair and stubbles.
