Now, I am Indian & I know how the food should be with minimal efforts. If you want to try then I'd recommend just ordering 1 item to try & then be your own reviewer.

We ordered carne asada fries, a chicken burrito, and a watermelon agua fresca. The fries were bomb!!! They were loaded with toppings, and everything was really fresh. The burrito wasn't for me, but I prefer shredded beef to chicken, so that could be why! The agua fresca was perfectly refreshing as well. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality you're getting. We will definitely be back!

The Thai High Roll was the tastiest Summer Roll I've ever had. Homemade peanut sauce and homemade sweet thai chili sauce were a wonderful pair for palate. The Barrelhouse Pork sandwich was delicious. Slow roasted, soft bun with coleslaw inside my sandwich. The homemade pickle was a delight. Crème Brûlée was the cherry on top. I highly recommend you try this food truck. I just went for the food. It's literally on corner of Zalesky Road and 89a on outskirts of Cottonwood. I believe the cook is actually Oaxacan because there's a friendly order-taker guy by the window who notes your order and passes to the cook inside. Delicious, authentic, real food. Most people seem to prefer eating in their vehicles in the ample parking area. But they do offer outdoor cafeteria style tables under a tarpaulin cover with patio heaters if you avoid eating in your car.
