Tucked away around the roundabout near downtown Sedona, this place feels like one of Arizona's best-kept secrets. The setting alone is unforgettable -- stunning red rock views, plenty of seating, and an atmosphere that somehow feels both elevated and completely relaxed. Whether you choose indoor or outdoor seating, the experience feels thoughtfully curated from start to finish. On chilly Sedona evenings, they even offer blankets outside, which adds such a warm and welcoming touch. The food? Absolutely extraordinary. Fresh is an understatement here -- every ingredient tastes vibrant, intentional, and beautifully sourced. Even the vegetables somehow steal the spotlight. The menu is creative without trying too hard, and everything feels like edible art while still being deeply satisfying. The pizzas are phenomenal, especially the peach pizza, which balances sweet, savory, fresh, and smoky flavors perfectly. The hamburgers are equally impressive -- juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with the same level of care as everything else on the menu. If they have specials running, order one. Trust me. This is the kind of kitchen where the chefs know exactly what they're doing. Hands-down one of my favorite restaurants not only in Arizona, but honestly anywhere. Sedona already feels magical, and this restaurant somehow elevates the experience even more. Absolutely impressed from beginning to end.

"Just Peachy" Mocktail was very nice.

This is an extremely popular restaurant. Be prepared to wait. They have their own parking lot but don't be surprised if it fills up. Parking is almost impossible everywhere in Sedona. You can probably park illegally in someone else's lot but if you do that, good luck to you and don't send me your ticket. The inside is funky and delightfully decorated. If you get really lucky and are able to sit on the deck while you dine, the views of the red rocks are tremendous. The menu is very well written and made me want to try everything. In all honestly, I do not think the food is amazing. The place is as cute as a bug in a rug, but the food is not spectacular. I totally get why the place is so popular because of the location, the great menu, and the overall funkiness. Just know that the food is good but maybe not great. We tried both the onion soup and the sausage soup and they were both solid. The Alfredo with chicken and broccoli was good. The Caesar salad was good. We also tried a "Kat's Way" pizza (half Date Night and half Green Goddess) and it was nice and fresh. Our server was a very nice guy and we could see he was working hard. I would suggest going harder on the drinks here than on the food. The cocktails are very good and they offer a number of mocktails, too. For some reason the Yelp waitlist wasn't working when I first accessed it but after I went to the restaurant, I was put on the list and it worked. I am a huge fan of the Yelp waitlist and recommend it highly, if you can access it. Funky interior, beautiful views, tough parking, and good food. It's worth a visit.

The view was the best part

The best thing about this place was beautiful views and the cute set up. Otherwise, it was very very mediocre. I get that it's an incredibly busy and touristy spot, so I'll give them credit for that. We got there about 15 mis after it opened on a Thursday morning, was given an attitude for not having a reservation, was told that it would be a 40 mins wait, given a pager, and that if we didn't make it back to the restaurant within 5 mins of our table being ready we would lose our spot. That's fine. I get it. The problem is...the food was not great. It wasn't terrible, but it was not delicious. The gluten-free pizza crust was soggy and tasteless, the cheese was undercooked. My son's shrimp dish was spiced strangely and he couldn't finish it.The kids meals were drenched in butter. No one finished their meals. Everything was overpriced. Again, I understand this often the case for touristy places like this...you are there for the ambiance, not the food. But, I imagined there are other restaurants in the area that have better food and service and similar views.

We were here for dinner, walk in around 4:30, and got a table at the balcony, great view! Guys got 4-5 beers each, my girl friend got some white wine. All of them have pizza, i had a beef cob salad, very balanced taste. I'm happy with it. Taste girl friend's peach pizza, nice and a little sweet. Husband get his favorite pizza with jalapeño and sausage cheese, yummy. We had a wonderful time here! The server is great! Guys even got Mezcal with orange! Oh my god. We also had great sunset views! This is a nice evening!

So many good reviews but the food is not it. We got the hummus platter. Not a lot of hummus in the bowl. The wings were good. We got 2 burgers cooked medium, one of them was burnt. We exchanged it for a chicken sandwich and that tasted better. I got the steak on a stick and it did not taste like steak. Tasted like lamb or bison idk. The chicken Parmesan and Alfredo didn't hit either. Also they can only do 1 check and if you pay with card it's a fee, also gratuity over 5 people on the group.

Kat's Way*, Half green goddess half peach and pancetta (14" $25)
    Sandee L.

I had heard great things about the peach and prosciutto pizza. That was a definite must. Bonus when we found Kat's Way is half peach and prosciutto and half green goddess, which also sounded yummy. The crust was awesome! We agreed while the peach and prosciutto was unique, we favored the green goddess for the creamy pesto ricotta and fresh, spicy arugula. My friend did not enjoy her French onion soup and left it mostly untouched. It had quite an impressive cheese pull and I personally thought it was decent. She thought there was too much cheese (is there really such a thing?!?), so when it sat for a bit, got too congealed and hard. I had a spoonful and liked the contrasting crispy onions on top combined with the cheese, soggy bread, rich broth and caramelized onion for the perfect bite. The grilled cheese that came with it was not worth the carbs or calories though. I enjoyed the hearty meatballs which had quite a bouncy texture. We did not like the cheesy bread that came with thus dish either. The grilled salmon was cooked nicely and I appreciated the much needed green veggies that came with it. Quite a healthy meal but the portion of the salmon was on the small side.0 We walked in on a Friday evening around 6:30 and got seated right away. Appreciate that. Service was good too, although we kept having to ask for refills on the water since the shared mason jar was small and we kept chugging water. They also tack on a 3% credit card fee.

We were just looking for somewhere to eat before heading back home, and we're so happy we found this place. Honestly, the food was amazing and we loved everything we ordered. I definitely recommend stopping by this spot! and make sure to ask the server for recommendations--they really know their stuff! The ambiance is really calming with a nice nature vibe to it!

It's hard to get into a place in Sedona without a reservation. Love that this place is walk-in only. Food was good, service was great, view was AMAZING, unfortunately they were in a cold spell, so we sat inside. Food and desserts were good, ambience is very casual.

    Kat C.

The views, friendliness of staff, and ambiance of this place are hard to beat! The food is also quite yummy and the beers are served super cold. We can spend an entire afternoon here just hanging out and gazing at the glorious views. A must when in Sedona!

While the view from the patio was amazing, the food and service were not. The food is just OK. Not much service but yet they charge 2% service fee

A cute little trinket box of the lost and found at the bar...
    Deanna C.

This is one of our favorite stops out in Sedona... they have a cool little shop inside as well that has cute trinkets and little things to remind you of your trip . The staff is friendly and you can sit at the bar, chill inside or have a seat outside with a nice view. The food is pretty good and they have some tasty drinks. Parking can get a little crowded during spring break and when there are certain events going on in the area but you can always park in the next retail area and just stroll on over and they are pet friendly so that's always nice for those that have their furry friends!

    Chicken Pesto Pomodoro
    Liv L.

This place was recommended to us by our tour guide from the Pink Jeep adventure tour. Parking was difficult but we ended up parking across the street. This restaurant is huge. We ordered chicken Parmesan, chicken pesto and tiramisu. Food was delicious. I love the chicken pesto, my husband said the chicken Parmesan was ok. Their tiramisu is the bomb! Our server was very attentive and helpful. Service is excellent.

Food: (5/5) The culinary team at Bella Vita deserves immense praise. The food was the absolute highlight of our visit--truly outstanding. Every dish, from the fresh, flavorful pastas to the yummiest gnocchi, was executed perfectly. The quality and taste alone make this restaurant a must-try. I would 100% recommend it for the taste and quality of the food. Customer Service & Experience: (2/5) This is where the experience fell short. The operational challenges began before we even arrived. Since online policies didn't allow a single reservation for our party of 9, I had to book 2 separate tables. I called the restaurant, leaving a clear voicemail after being routed through an AI, to merge the bookings. Despite this effort, the host at the door seemed visibly put off and surprised by our party size, giving a rather rude impression. The most significant issue occurred during the meal: "We ordered a large family salad, which inexplicably arrived AFTER we had finished our entire meal and the plates had been cleared. We were charged for this untouched $20 item that arrived after our dinner and we returned" Adding insult to injury, the server asked if we wanted to keep or box the salad, and it was ultimately charged to our bill!!! For a restaurant at this price point (already expensive, plus a 3.5% credit card fee and a flat 20% gratuity for large parties), basic customer service dictates that a mistake of that magnitude should be acknowledged with an automatic waiver of the charge as a courtesy. To be charged for an untouched item that arrived too late was a major put-off. Final Verdict We ended up with a $300 bill for a table of five adults and four young kids (no wine or alcohol). While I absolutely don't mind paying for quality, I expect the overall experience--food taste, atmosphere, and customer satisfaction--to be harmonious. If you are a serious foodie willing to compromise on the service experience, you will love the kitchen's offerings. If polished, attentive service is equally important to you, be prepared for potential disappointments.

It made all of us feel at ease and ready to dig into some grub! I'm the only GF-er in my family, but none of them ever mind going here. We've been to Picazzo's lots of times down the hill, and I was hoping they'd be just as consistent up the hill too--hopes granted! I enjoyed the Limoncello Margarita--very tart and tequila-forward. I substituted a salt rim for their usual sugar rim...rookie mistake. They know their stuff--the sugar rim would definitely have made it that much better! For appetizers, we ordered the Baked Brie with GF focaccia bread (the fig spread was delish, and the Brie was ooey-gooey, salty perfection), and the spinach artichoke dip with the GF flatbread (so delightfully creamy). Delicious on all fronts-- even better together on the focaccia! For our meal, my husband and I shared two plates: Spicy Baked Rigatoni and the Spicy Chipotle Chicken. Both had savory, cream-based sauces with rigatoni that did not taste GF (kudos!) and were mouthwateringly good! We didn't have enough room for dessert, but we definitely left content. Favorites are the scallops, the ahi salad, the chicken pot pie, and the rib eye. Pork chops Thai time were also amazing! Grab a seat at the bar if you can't get a table and they will take just as good care of you - everyone is super friendly!

We arrived about 15 minutes early and were told our table wasn't ready, so we sat at the bar for a drink while we waited. The drinks were good, but very expensive to order a mixed cocktail. Again, we're on vacation, so no cause for complaint. Our table was ready fairly quickly, and we ordered appetizers immediately. The whipped feta app is delicious, and the smoked salmon burrata is a must! I must credit our server, Kayla. As she was explaining the entree menu, she placed our app order in the meantime and they came out to the table in less than 5 minutes. Service was incredibly fast. Our main entrees came out very quick as well. My mom ordered the half rack of ribs, which is really like a full rack- FYI, and said they were just okay. She loved the French fries and the coleslaw. I had the baked stuffed shrimp. It was pretty good, just too much sauce for me personally. I would've loved to have been able to taste the crab stuffed shrimp better with lighter / lesser amount of sauce, but the pesto fettuccine which came alongside was phenomenal. My dad ordered the salmon, which he said was really good. My parents and I both rated this restaurant A- / B+. We in a fairly good meal experience, however, because our reservation began at 8:30, and they close at 9, you could tell they were trying to push us out. No one offered us a dessert menu, and you could tell they were itching to clear off all the tables and clear out all the guests. Overall, not a bad place to stop, just book your dinner reservation early!

What really elevated our night, though, was Martin's exceptional service. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel incredibly welcomed from start to finish. He checked on us throughout the meal without ever being overbearing, and his energy honestly made the whole experience that much better. We'll definitely be back for the food, but Martin is the reason this visit felt memorable. He's a star in our eyes.
