REALLY nice on the phone too and was willing to give my husband and I an appointment right away in the evening after work, which was great considering no one else seems to understand that people DO work. When we got to his office I was surprised at how big it was. The office is on the 3rd floor and the elevator was right inside the front door which was very helpful so you didn't have to climb stairs if you were in pain! The staff was so friendly and welcoming and Dr. Lois was so warm that I immediately felt comfortable. He's very knowledgeable and very helpful and efficient. I'm so happy that we found someone close to our new neighborhood that made us feel so comfortable right away. I also like the fact that he went to work right away and only does what you need. My husband and I had previously been to a chiropractor who charged us four very large copays and never did anything but ask questions, send us for expensive xrays and then talk about expensive treatment plans. $200 later with that other doctor, we'd received absolutely no treatment and never went back. With Dr. Lois, we were treated immediately and are very much looking forward to going back!

"Come see me a few times a week for a little bit and we'll definitely get that fixed, no problem." After approximately 6 visits, icing every day, multiple times a day as instructed, I came away with...NEW PAIN!!! Not only did he not fix the problem, he created additional problems that I had never had before. Now it's not only my shoulder, but my neck is in constant pain. I went back and told him what has happened as a result of his work and his answer is "All appears fine. Maybe you should go do physical therapy instead." All is not fine. All is worse now than before I saw him. But suddenly when he's challenged on the terrible work he's done, the answer is not chiropractic help, but physical therapy.
