We have a place in Eagle Crest and I needed to get out and get a few workouts in. In the past I've been to Oregon CrossFit and Central Oregon CrossFit and those places are great but this time I decided to try Triumph mostly because of the location and times available. I'm so glad I did, Joe was very welcoming and made me feel at home. The workouts were great, Joe personally spent some time with me and helped me with some tweaks in my lifts. The clients in the classes were also very welcoming on both occasions. Upon leaving he gave me a big hug and said 'welcome to the family'. Joe is what makes Triumph click. He is upbeat, positive and understands what it takes to make people better. I am grateful to have stumbled upon Joe and Triumph and most definitely will be back to see them when I am in town. I had an appointment during snowy, icy road conditions and called ahead to let them know I was on my way but might be slightly late due to the dangerous roads. The person on the phone assured me they understood the weather issues and acknowledged their 10-minute late policy but didn't indicate it would be an issue. I arrived at 1:09 PM only to find no one at the front desk. When someone finally appeared minutes later, she took my name and then had the audacity to tell me I was "too late" and that my appointment had been canceled. No consideration for the fact that their own delay in checking me in pushed me past their arbitrary cut-off. Unacceptable. Patients are expected to be understanding when they run behind, but they won't extend the same courtesy when the roads are treacherous? Combine this with a constant revolving door of providers, and it's clear this clinic has serious internal issues. If you're looking for consistent, compassionate, and reliable healthcare, look elsewhere. One Peak Medical is a complete disaster.

They charged me $157 for a visit, they charged me $500 cash for labs. When I saw that fee I knew I should of walked. The ER did nothing for me and I told ONE Peak they should have to pay this bill. After several clients telling me One Peak screwed their bodies up vs helping. I feel they are a bunch of un experienced want a bees in here. Never going back and when I asked them to mail me a copy of my labs they wanted to charge me $25. So if you want to spend lots of money and get the run around this is your place. They made me feel like I was going to go blind and have organ failure if I didn't go to the ER.
