So disappointed with how they handled mistakes that were their fault. We rented a tux for 2 proms one week apart. The first time the shirt was a size too big and the wrong tie. Too late before the dance to do anything. Returned it for the right size shirt, which they knew by the measurements, and ordered the correct tie for the next weekend. The tie was still the wrong color and unstitched so it could be used even if it was the right color. When I returned the tux and commented on the mistakes and my disappointment the manger was very defensive basically blamed it on my son. For all the trouble she returned $7.50 dollars from $360. I had dropped almost 70 pounds and had only a couple things that fit. My brother is a fashion guru and fitness buff. What could be better when looking for clothes? We went to MW wanting to spend money. On November 5, 2021 two women were working and we were the only customers. They never said a word. Not one. We looked at and TRIED ON expensive jeans and coats. A couple shirts looked nice but were folded and pinned. I was reluctant to try it and got crickets from the sales 'help'. While trying on jeans another man came in. Solo. They fawned over him like he was the King of Siam. I can only guess they thought my bro and I were a gay couple. Full disclosure he is. I'm not. He gets hit on by lots of women and he is far from campy. IMHO their homophobic attitude cost them upwards to $1000. If that's not the reason I have no other clue as to why we would be ignored. Absolutely terrible. Walked in and was half heartedly greeted by one employee out of the two workin. Wasn't asked once if we needed help whatsoever, we were looked at while one person ate their food and the other one retreated to the back of the store. Again never asked if we needed any help. I in fact did! I needed to be measured for a suit for my wedding. But guess what? I'm not buying it here! Oh and the store looked like it hadn't been organized in about 6 months. Terrible customer service. My fiance and I came in today to get fitted for a suit for our wedding. While we were promptly greeted when we said we were looking for a suit to rent we were quickly brushed off. Told we only had 4 choices and that we could only reference a catalogue that we should just go to online. Well, it's really difficult to know what you want when you can't try it on and you certainly can't get fitted online. We asked again about getting fitted and were told by another associate that only the manager could help us and he was busy so we had to wait. So we waited, patiently for 15 minutes. Started to wonder why only one person could help us when there were 5 other associates standing around socializing. After about 20 minutes we were thanked for waiting and told the people ahead of us just needed to check out. For some reason the manager was also the only one that could check them out too! So after another 5-10 minutes spend standing around waiting to be helped and not having anyone even answer our questions whole we waited we decided to leave because it was clear it would take the manager another 10-15 minutes to check people out because he started helping other people in line. You know, if you're only going to let one person do everything, why do you even pay 5 other people to clock in and stand around? Terrible. read more

Opened mid September in the Cascade Village Shopping Center (in the space next door to plus-size women's clothier Lane Bryant), today my hubby and I wandered in for the first time. Back in the day when he was a corporate 7 to 7'er in CA, the Men's Wearhouse near his office would be an occasional stop because if he shopped carefully he could snag good deals on decent quality suits and "business casual Friday" attire. His question leaving this store today was "Has their quality sunk that much or have my expectations raised that much or both?" Because he thought (and I agreed) that the quality here just was not what it once was for any of the merchandise, no matter how carefully one might want to shop. On the plus side, although no customers in the store there were lots of sales people and what seemed to be a good amount of product for a modest sized space. But I'd say go in quickly if you plan to shop here because I can't imagine this store being in biz in Bend for very long. read more

Dude- this men's wearhouse is FANTASTIC. We went in to find a suit for my fiancé for our wedding and Anna helped us find the perfect custom suit. So perfect in fact that we ended up ordering 4 more for our groomsmen. When we went back to pick it up we got 2 more suits on their promotion buy one get one free. When we went back to pick up those suits Anna helped us in trying on the COOLEST SUIT JACKET ever and now my fiancé will look like a total badass for his bachelor party!!! Every time we go back the staff is so helpful, really knowledgeable and has such cool innovative ideas. A big shout out to Anna for all the help and designs!! And also teaching us how to tie a tie!! I was doing photography for the wedding of some good friends on a Sunday and I showed up at Mens Wearhouse on the Friday right before. I had my doubts that the store could get all the alterations done in time. I'm talking neck, sleeves, waist, crotch, inseam...and something across the back. But they did it! And I picked up the suit on Saturday with a day to spare. For the win! I got a lot of compliments on my look that day and a lot of people took my picture as well. I felt great in that suit! And it showed. It did seem baggy and frumpy when I initially tried it on, but they reassured me that it would fit. Measurements only took a few minutes and, after the alterations, it fit amazingly. The store is small, but it was surprising how much they have in there without it feeling overly crowded. They easily had hundreds of suits to choose from and lots of other things foreign to me. There were a lot of employees in the store and I got helped immediately. I did find one aspect of the store a bit off-putting and it's reason I didn't give the full 5 star rating. There was an older gentleman milling about and overseeing things -- the manager, I am guessing. He was disheveled, unkempt, wrinkled suit, untrimmed hair...just overall kind of gross. To be perfectly honest, had he waited on me, I'd have spent not a cent there. read more

I just had a not so great experience here with trying to buy jeans that I buy every year at this location. This place has been my go to men's store for nicer men's clothing and they have been very good at being COVID safe accept for today. The women who offered me help was wearing her mask below her nose. I asked her if she could wear the mask over her nose and she dismissed and blamed it on the mask and continued to not care that her mask was below her nose. Oh well, time to find a new store that cares about their customers. I am guessing corporate is not paying attention to their individual stores. Sigh... read more

Went in at about 11am Saturday morning to try and find a suitably formal outfit for my extra big & tall husband to wear to the Father Daughter dance in Redmond later that same evening. It took about 1/2 hour of working with a very nice salesperson to get him into a beautiful outfit, that fit him perfectly, with everything from the right undershirt to a tie that even matched my daughter's dress. The pants were even custom tailored to fit him and ready to pick up 30 min. after we finished his fitting. Smoothest experience we've ever had getting him into formal wear. I hate shopping for suits. Having said that, the crew at Men's Wearhouse made the process actually enjoyable. John helped me quickly and professionally and took care of a logistical problem seamlessly (pardon the pun). As the Father of the Bride I needed to look sharp but don't know all the formalities about color, style etc, but no problem, he gave me great advice and even took a picture of the final order on his cell and sent it to me (my phone was in the car on the charger) so I could forward it to my daughter so she could rest assured I accomplished the second most important thing on my "to do" list.
