As people in Home Depot walked by I asked for help - they either said it wasn't their area or said they didn't know the combination. I got a person's attention that was working near the self checkout. She started to help me and a woman employee that was bs'ing with another employee stopped her and told her to page "hardware" - I waited another 10 minutes and finally went to that woman and asked her if she was going to help. Why I am writing this - on the way to the store my GPS said they were rated 2.7 (I didn't even know people wrote Yelp reviews on Home Depot). So I mentioned to the woman "I now see why you are rated low on Yelp." Her response - not me! I am not rated low I have been here 20 years. If Home Depot employs this woman for 20 years, it's obvious why they are a 2.7 on Yelp!.

Because you are the seller who did not deliver what you said you would that's why. I am stunned at their treatment of my sister and myself. First, I want to thank Robert for taking the time to show us around. He is full of knowledge about so many of the pieces and not a bit of sales pressure. It made us feel so comfortable shopping and browsing this huge display area and outside grounds. Many of the unique and ornately detailed pieces are surprisingly lower than anticipated prices which are affordable to the average family. They've got everything from pricy colorful gigantic dragons, humorous garden nomes, and The Seven Dwarfs, to simple delicate carved stone apples and eggs. It's not all stone, though. They rightly so state that the pieces they sell have "No concrete of any kind." Sculptures of mythical creatures, historical figures, animals, functional furniture for the garden or patio or yard abound here. Also found here is pieces of abstract art carved of granite, jade, and other beautiful stone as well as sculpted pieces of aluminum (painted if you so desire), and wood pieces, as well. If you're looking to spruce up the homestead, inside or out, Westside Stone, I'm sure will be a place you be excited to choose your next piece(s) from. That part didn't go as well as it should have, the weather turned up the heat, and for as much as I watered: still the plants were charred by the string of super sunny, hot days. Left with no choice other than to make another purchase-this time I was smart enough to ask Auburn Oaks to add delivery and install of the plants to my bill. WHAT a FABULOUS choice!! Coming here's a pleasure because their not a huge facility like Bordine's or Lowe's. Parking's tight but doable you just have to be careful when backing out since it's literally on Auburn Road, which is super busy and the speed limit's 50 MPH. They have a great selection of items to choose from, and prices are competitive and fair. What keeps me coming back is the staff. Their super friendly and are extremely knowledgeable. They also have regular sales and keep up with seasonal stuff like pumpkins, Christmas décor and other stuff as well. They also stand behind their products so if you buy a tree or plant, I think they will credit you if it does die. Don't quote me on that, but these guys really do stand behind what their selling. Overall a fabulous little nursery in a world of big box stores, we love coming here for just about anything!
