You get wristbands when you get there that are color coded so they know what time you need to leave. I'm not positive but I think it's 3 hours. Came here for a school night which apparently is no limits. Cool. I don't know if this is a nightly thing or s Friday night thing but they have this cosmic, lights out play time after like 6pm? Soall socks are glowing and other things throughout then play area. Plus they kind of start playing club music. So nice change of pace. Kids are wild as shit and the referees don't bother with any behavior except the most egregious actions. It's not an enormous facility, but there are still lots of different activities, especially for younger kids. Very large indoor trampoline park for the kiddos. Love their bright orange and black themed branding. Took my son here for toddler hour one weekend and it was already extremely packed with birthday parties taking place and tons of older kids already jumping about. Thank goodness this place is so big that there's at least plenty of space to move about and watch your kids. They do require grippy socks, we ended up purchasing the socks they had there. My son had a blast, however, I would only take him back here once I know when their less busier hours are throughout the week. read more

Pretty cool. Came here for bday party for sons friend. They have quite a bit to do for the kids, I thought it was just going to be trampolines, but no they have a bunch of activies from Dodge ball, games tramps. Walk climb jungle gym ! Looked pretty fun my kid didn't want to leave lol. They have a snack bar and drinks with few items to choose and make pizza for the bday parties you also get your own rooms. Medipots are so coooooool!!! I used one a month ago by pouring salt water through my nostril and out the other. It was so yummy yums!!! Great trampoline park! Took the kids for a birthday party and they loved it. My older kid could not get enough of the mechanical bull and my younger loved the climbing walls. We have been to this place couple of times once for a party and next we hosted our own too. The staff is super friendly, they very helpful with all the bookings and answer any question. They even followed up with a call to check on our requirements. Overall a good place for kids. They do have waivers coz trampolines are not really safe for very young kids and there's enough proof on that. This place will keep your kid entertained for at least 2 hours, so that's a pro. Another pro is that they do have employees in every area to supervise the kids. There's a lot for the kids to do - a playground area for the smaller kids, a climbing area with multiple walls to climb, trampoline areas of course, a zip line, a digital soccer game, gladiator type jousting, a dodgeball area, a mechanical bull (with height requirement), and a spinning obstacle that the kids had to jump over/under. Another big pro is that this place will trade in socks from other jump parks for free so you aren't forced to buy a whole new pair of grip socks for no reason. The cons are that some areas need refreshing/cleaning especially the foam pits. But the kids didn't seem to mind at all. read more

We were invited to a kids birthday party at Bir Air on Sunday. We signed the waiver when we came in and were given grip socks for my daughter. They have party rooms that they reserve for the birthday party for about 2-3 hours. The team was helpful in getting the room set up and the food and drinks brought in during the party. There are cubbies to put your shoes in inside the party room which is great. The cake was also brought in closer to when the birthday girl was going to blow the candles. The food was pizza and chicken corn dogs. The pizza was ok. It was thin crust and it somewhat had a biscuit like texture. It wasn't my favorite but it was ok. This was my first time trying corn dogs and it tasted good. After we sang happy birthday and had cake, the "astronaut" came and took pictures with the kids. Once the party was over, the team came and cleaned the room, mopped and got everything set up for the following party. Everything was pretty well organized during the whole event. The trampoline park was pretty full on a Sunday afternoon but everything was still pretty organized and relatively clean. Even the bathrooms were pretty clean. Overall a nice place to host a birthday party. The only small complain we had was that the party room was a little warm in comparison to the rest of the place. Prices seem somewhat reasonable for the party so will be considering them for birthdays in the future. read more

This place is not friendly to children with sensory needs or autism. My child was told he has to wear the orange grip socks even though he has sensory issues. He has his own grip socks for his special needs, but they told be that's the way it is. I bought the socks and tried but it made things awful for us. There is a "referee" in every room watching every move you make and patrolling constantly making Everyone feel awkward.... No empathy towards kids with special needs. We have been to a few different trampoline parks and so far we like this one the best. There is plenty for your kiddo to do. The prices are reasonable and i like that everything is included in one price instead of only certain areas. We are not from the area but I have appointments in this area and I have to drag my little one along. It's nice they have pricing for an hour, and 90 minutes. I have been bringing my kiddo prior to my appointment so she is able to have some fun beforehand. The teen staff seem to be very friendly and much more attentive than other places we have been. Not a great first experience. Pricing was misleading as specials and deals aren't offered during summer hours but still posted at checkout. There was one cashier during a busy afternoon who wasn't friendly or approachable, dirty tables with no where to sit and young employees grouped together chatting. Also had to pay for my one year old and purchase socks for him to run around. Other nearby parks offer better pricing and much better customer service. read more

My review is specifically for the sexual discrimination happening at your location. I brought in grip socks for myself and my children from another jump location because I like to save money and reuse things. I don't think it is necessary to rebuy grip socks every time. I've never had an issue until today. I wasn't even on the tramps for two minutes before a young man came up to me and asked if they were grip socks. I showed him, said yes they are and he said they needed to have "bigger grips". What?! So I go to the front desk and confirm and they said yes you have to trade your current socks in. But I didn't want to trade ours in!! We were already wearing ones that are just fine and have grips on them as required. The thing that irks me the MOST though is that there were many fathers wearing all kinds of different socks and nobody said a thing to them. So you guys are going to make a big deal about socks, but only to certain people? We wasted ten minutes of our jump time just trying to figure out the sock situation, which is pretty disappointing and unlike any other jump place I've been to. We were eagerly awaiting the opening of the newest trampoline park in town, and we were not disappointed! Arizona heat makes indoor activities so appreciated. This place has everything, making it standout from the others. We love going to all of the parks, but loved the change up of this place. So much so that we went twice in two weeks. We live in Casa Grande, but the drive is worth it. They definitely have things others do not. They have a mechanic bull, a couple warrior courses, pugil stick battle beam, rock walls, lots of trampolines, "zip lines" where you sit on a ball instead of being strapped in, foam pits, an air bag floor that I've never seen at other places as well as foam pits. There have a trampoline video game that puts you in the game and after you can email the video to yourself! My kids thought that was so cool. They even have an area just for kids 6 and under. My favorite though (especially to watch) is a mechanical area that I can't put into words, but I'll post a video. I could spend hours just watching and laughing. Let's talk about cleanliness, especially with Covid going on. The standard that they are upholding is unbelievable. I saw them wipe down the bull after every kid. They have employees that just walk around wiping and cleaning everything all day. It's impressive. There are hand sanitizer stations all around as well. I hope they keep that up even after Covid settles down, kids can be pretty gross. The employees and managers are all super friendly. Especially Xavier. He was there both times that we visited, and both times he brought my shy 6 year old daughter out of her shell. She doesn't ever talk to strangers let alone people she knows. He spent a good half hour talking to her and playing with her. He even taught her and my other daughter some tricks and sweetly encouraged them along the way. We really appreciate how kind he was to them. Employees like him are what keeps patrons returning. They do not have a parent rate, but I wish they did. My husband paid to play, but really only played on the trampoline and a couple others things for about 20 mins of the three hours that we were there. Hopefully in the future they do. Tip: check their website for daily deals. The day we went they had buy one hour get one free. What to expect: Pay an hourly rate (we found 3 hours to perfect, time goes really fast here. Both times they weren't ready to leave.) You must use their socks ($3) or bring your own grippy socks and trade out for theirs. Sign the waiver online ahead to save time. There is a cafe with food and drinks. Due to corona virus they have blocked off the water fountains, but do provide cups with water. We brought our own water bottles in. They have plenty of seating to eat or relax and watch. Family bathroom, small parent area with pay to use massage chairs. Enclosed birthday party areas with tables. Side note: We love the ocotillo area, there are plenty of places nearby to eat before or after. I recommend poke eats, jimmy johns, or fired pie (5 mins away) for a quick meal and Jeremiah's Italian ice for dessert. There is also an Indian restaurant next door that I'm dying to try. read more

I had my kids' b'day party and the room was scheduled for 1 hour, like any other kid's events places. We got the room 10mins late and also were asked to leave the room in 50mins. 2 out of 4 pizza's arrived, 30 mins after the room was given, so decided to cut the cake as the kids were hungry and we were waiting on pizzas. The other 2 pizzas came after all the kids and parents went back to jump only eating half the food. I requested to cancel the remaining 2 pizzas, which they did not. There was cotton candy included in the package, which never showed up. Horrible party experience. The place was over overcrowded. There should be a capacity limit for this place.. I saw a couple of kids bleeding as it was overcrowded at this place, as the staff doesn't bother how many kids are in one section even overloaded. The big mess at Big Air. I am not taking my kids again after seeing a few kids bleeding badly. read more

My 6 year old loves coming here and the employees that work here at great with the kids, I do observe how employees treat my kids in these kinds of places. They're all so friendly. I would like to give it more stars because my kids thought it was a great place but they kept coming to me saying how mean and rude the staff was. I noticed it as soon as we arrived also. They could careless about the kids and are nasty when they need to tell them something. Most places are nice about to and interact with the kids and have fun.
