Had some fun with the boys, they were running around the house like crazy so this was perfect. Plenty of area for parents to sit every where and relax while kiddos run and play. It's great they have a 5 and under area, my 2 ur old had plenty to do in there, 2 slides, 2 smaller trampolines some spin toys small ball pit and little wall activities. While my 5year old ran all over they have 1 large wide slide and 2? At least single slide long slides for bigger kids, and plenty of climb space and activities inside the climb space, the ball guns never work and rarely find many balls to shoot if on rare occasion they're working... Also have a very large trampoline area, wall climbing but didn't see anyone ever working it or standing there. They have snacks but guess you gotta walk to the front register to pay, not the snack area register.. no one works that. It's not very clear I had to ask an employee where I can pay for the items, got a small juice and small bag of cookies for 5.50$. The price getting in we paid just under 60$ for a 2 & 5 year old for 1 1/2 hrs play and 2 pairs of socks which cost 11$ e and mandatory.. which is kinda crazy, that's wayyyy to much. Over all its fun for kids but not really ur wallet... I feel like it's definitely got more espensive since I first brought my little.. I would rate maybe 3.5. Cleanliness I mean it's a kids place so not going to be perfect but looked clean enough some areas dirtier than others but over all not bad, I'd rather my kids play there than some parks I'm some what a germaphobe and I felt fine using their bathrooms and sitting on the stools.. if that helps lol

I came here with a small group of kids for a field trip. They had a great time, lots of little attractions for a variety of ages. Great staff who kindly notified me that my 2 year old stole some M&Ms from the snack bar when he walked up to me with them in his mouth and hand.

    Fun climbing walls!

Every single time that we have been here the staff has been very pleasant. The facility is well managed, clean and appropriate for younger kids and pre teens. Although all ages could have a lot of fun here :). There are many areas to sit, a little store with snacks, water fountains for the kids and a ln adult sitting room with TVs.

This place is appropriate for all ages kids toddlers. They have a lot of room to play jump run around and just have fun. They have a few massage chairs for adults. They have vending machines as well. They also have rooms if you want to have a party. It is a bit it's a bit loud, not the music, just all the yelling and screaming, and laughing of all the kids, which is great. The only thing is that the staff are young and do not have attention to detail. there is a lot of trash laying around, for example, cups with liquid, which are easily dropped, paper towels, napkins, and a lot of paper that was just thrown everywhere. Trying to get the staff to help you is hard. Some of the slides and some of the stuff within the children's reach doesn't look too clean so, bring some sanitizing wipes for them, but it is kind of a fun place for them to go looney. They have spots for toddlers and small ones. They have spots for older kids.

Worn out climbing step for the toddler area.

My last review was when my daughter was 1. Well, here we are almost 4 years later. This place looks run-down and gross. The floors are filthy and the equipment is in disrepair with tears and wear all over the place. They are always short on employees and that's no surprise but they don't do anything. They sit at the front and have no clue what's going on. They could be cleaning but I have NEVER seen anyone clean while I've been here, and that's numerous times. I want to say I know they can be busy, but I'm here during the middle of the week and it is not busy at all. I want to bathe my kids as soon as we leave. With that said, we come back because my oldest loves this place. You can always get a better deal on Groupon than buying when you come in. Many improvements are needed and a lot of dangerous problems too. I watch my kids like a hawk because many parents do not and my kid has been hurt plenty.

    Such a fun time !!

Both my 8 and 3 year old had a blast. my daughter did mention that a worker there told her she couldn't run up the vertical trampoline part and my daughter was like but they were and pointed at some other kids and the rep said don't worry what they are doing and my daughter asked why she couldn't do it and the rep said I'm not explaining myself to you... my daughter didn't tell me this until after we left and were home but had she said it to me I would have addressed it with that rep and advised her to keep her attitude in check when speaking to other peoples children. I will be back though because outside of that my kids had alot of fun. Hopefully this was just a bad day for that rep and I don't have to address the issue next time

Apon arrival we checked in and signed our waivers. We had to purchase socks and at 4.99 a pair - this feels like a cash grab.. I digress. It was after lunch and we were all hungry so we ordered two pizzas. Now for $25 a pizza I'm expecting a decent sized pizza and with quality toppings etc. unfortunately our pizzas came out burnt and were very small for$25.. the staff also gave us grief about ordering another pizza because " we already had two why do we need another" words from staff. Unfortunately this really bummed me out considering we are here for my sons birthday!! I let this go in the moment because the place was staffed with just teenagers and all of them had attitudes so I wasn't going to complain to them when I doubt I would have gotten any real help. This location itself doesn't have that many attractions like the website shows the other locations having more options like slides etc. the foam in the pits were old looking and lots were torn into making it seem a bit more dirtier.. some of the courses had broken parts that didn't work exactly how it should have. Over all for my sons birthday party being held here in still super disappointed in the treatment from staff and the lack of care for the equipment there. I don't think we would recommend this place ..

Additionally, the staff (especially Madison) is extremely friendly and very helpful - Madison even brought out a prize wheel for the kids to spin. Plenty of comfortable seats for the adults while they are hanging out along with tables and chairs outside of their snackbar (which has plenty of options for snack or lunch). After researching Urban Air, we decided to go all in and purchase memberships for our family. Three…read moreUnlimited memberships and about $730 later, we were excited to see if the experience would live up to everything it promised. The Good There is a lot to like about Urban Air. The variety of attractions is impressive and gives kids plenty of ways to stay entertained. Between the go-karts, free-fall ride, rock climbing walls, laser tag, elevated obstacle course, and trampolines, there is no shortage of things to do. The go-karts were one of the biggest hits of the day. Our kids absolutely loved them and would have happily ridden them over and over. They were easily one of the standout attractions and one of the main reasons we felt good about purchasing the memberships. Laser tag was another highlight. The arena is surprisingly large, and the equipment feels like what you'd expect from a dedicated laser tag facility rather than a side attraction at a trampoline park. It was probably my personal favorite attraction. Most importantly, our kids had a blast. They left excited and already asking when they could come back, which is ultimately what matters most. The Bad The biggest surprise came when we learned that some attractions included with the "Unlimited" membership are not actually unlimited. We discovered this when an employee marked our kids' wristbands to track how many times they had ridden the go-karts. Since the go-karts were one of their favorite attractions, it was disappointing to learn there was a limit on something they enjoyed so much. What made this more frustrating was that when reviewing membership options, the pass advertises "Full Attraction Access Included." Based on that wording, I naturally assumed that meant unlimited access to all attractions during a visit. Instead, it appears the "Unlimited" portion refers more to unlimited visits throughout the month rather than unlimited use of every attraction once you're inside. To be fair, there may be details somewhere outlining these restrictions, but during signup and while reviewing the membership information, we couldn't find anything clearly explaining which attractions have limits or how many uses are included. Greater transparency upfront would go a long way toward setting proper expectations. Fortunately, our kids didn't seem bothered by the limits, but it was still an unexpected surprise. The Ugly My biggest concerns involved safety oversight and supervision. The employees we interacted with were friendly and polite, but many appeared quite young, and there were multiple occasions where staff seemed more focused on socializing than actively monitoring attractions. This was particularly noticeable in the rock climbing area, where children were climbing 20+ feet into the air while attached to retractable harness systems. The equipment itself appeared safe, but active supervision is just as important. Another concern involved the free-fall ride. During our visit, the ride was out of service, but the exit gate was not properly secured. Because of this, children were able to enter the attraction area through the exit and begin accessing the ride before an employee noticed and redirected them. Thankfully the ride was not operating at the time, but it took a moment for staff to recognize what was happening. While no one was hurt and the situation was corrected, it reinforced some of the attentiveness concerns we observed throughout the visit. For a facility designed primarily for children and featuring several higher-risk attractions, supervision and securing access points should be top priorities. Overall Despite the concerns, we still had a positive first experience. The attractions themselves are genuinely fun, the facility offers a lot for active kids, and our children had an amazing time. Because we've already invested in the memberships, we'll absolutely continue visiting and will be interested to see how future experiences compare. It's possible that visiting on a Tuesday evening during the summer contributed to some of the staffing and supervision issues, especially since the park wasn't particularly busy. If I could give half stars, this would probably land around 3.5 to 4 stars for me. The attractions, especially the go-karts and laser tag, are excellent and delivered exactly what we hoped for. However, the lack of clarity around "Unlimited" membership benefits and the safety oversight concerns keep it from earning a full five stars. Urban Air has the potential to be a fantastic family value, but clearer communication and stronger attention to supervision would make the experience feel more aligned with the premium price of admission.

We arrived right when they opened on a Thursday morning, so it wasn't a matter of the place getting dirty throughout the day. The facility looked like it desperately needed a deep cleaning. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, many of the surfaces looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a while, and the foam pit was especially concerning--the foam blocks looked old, dirty, and in need of replacement. For what admission costs, I expect the facility to be maintained much better. My kids still had fun, but the lack of cleanliness made it hard to enjoy the experience, and I don't feel the condition of the facility matches the premium price. On a positive note- the staff was very friendly.

The Mesa location has a lot more gym equipment, obstacles, and activities for younger kids, while this location feels much more like an open warehouse space with fewer things for little ones to do. The skate area is definitely larger here, but overall there wasn't as much to keep my 7- and 9-year-olds entertained. There were also a lot more older teens here, which made me uncomfortable letting my kids explore on their own. Even the 6-and-under area had bigger kids playing in it, and the main wheel zone was filled with older boys riding around pretty aggressively and balls just being thrown in different directions. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. We needed to use the restrooms as soon as we arrived, and they were very dirty--toilet paper was all over the floor and multiple toilets hadn't been flushed. The facility also felt worn down, and some of the equipment looked like it could use better maintenance. I'm glad I was able to visit using my GetOutPass, but I don't think I would pay admission to this location. I really wish the GetOutPass included the newer Mesa location instead, as it's a much better experience for younger kids. The teens all working at the place also are too busy talking and mingling with each other...
