I've been here a few times with the kiddo and she's always had a good time here. There's a variety of equipment to climb, slide, and bounce on and there's also a smaller kid area so it appeals to kids of all ages. There are benches for parents to sit on, as well as massage chairs for an extra cost if you would like to indulge. The staff have been friendly and I haven't encountered any problems here. They do require grip socks so make sure to bring some or you can buy some at the register. The time that you pay for corresponds to the band color they give your kid and they will announce on the speaker when your time is up. For the most part the area is fairly well maintained. It's an indoor park where lots of kids are running through so a little chaos is not unusual. Some of the restroom stalls seem perpetually out of order but there are enough available that we haven't had to wait. Some of the benches could use a re-upholster but for the most part things seem clean enough. We have been coming to this fun place for the past few years. The kids love it a lot! There are various different kinds of activities to play from sliding, climbing, trampolines until a ninja play. They also offer the birthday party group with the two hours or more as you wish. As a parent; I found this place is easy to keep an eye on your kids, safe and a lot of choices for them to enjoy their fun time!. Had some fun with the boys, they were running around the house like crazy so this was perfect. Plenty of area for parents to sit every where and relax while kiddos run and play. It's great they have a 5 and under area, my 2 ur old had plenty to do in there, 2 slides, 2 smaller trampolines some spin toys small ball pit and little wall activities. While my 5year old ran all over they have 1 large wide slide and 2? At least single slide long slides for bigger kids, and plenty of climb space and activities inside the climb space, the ball guns never work and rarely find many balls to shoot if on rare occasion they're working... Also have a very large trampoline area, wall climbing but didn't see anyone ever working it or standing there. They have snacks but guess you gotta walk to the front register to pay, not the snack area register.. no one works that. It's not very clear I had to ask an employee where I can pay for the items, got a small juice and small bag of cookies for 5.50$. The price getting in we paid just under 60$ for a 2 & 5 year old for 1 1/2 hrs play and 2 pairs of socks which cost 11$ e and mandatory.. which is kinda crazy, that's wayyyy to much. Over all its fun for kids but not really ur wallet... I feel like it's definitely got more espensive since I first brought my little.. I would rate maybe 3.5. Cleanliness I mean it's a kids place so not going to be perfect but looked clean enough some areas dirtier than others but over all not bad, I'd rather my kids play there than some parks I'm some what a germaphobe and I felt fine using their bathrooms and sitting on the stools.. if that helps lol read more

I was looking for a good indoor play adventure for my 3 year old son and came to check out Uptown Jungle. It was okay, but there are other places we like better. There are trampolines, a climbing wall, and a climbing structure with obstacles on the two levels. I didn't feel as though there were enough staff around the facility overseeing everything. There was also the occasional spill from a kid's water bottle that needed to be cleaned up. I guess the major red flag to me was when I brought my little one into the bathroom and he actually commented "this is dirty in here!" .. if a 3 year old tells you that a bathroom is dirty, it must be really bad! read more

I used to bring my older granddaughter here four or five years ago. I am now bringing my six-year-old here and I have noticed how so much has changed and nothing is fixed. That is broken. Today the ballroom the suction tunnels weren't working so many kids tried to play. I did tell them nobody came to fix it. Last time I was here three weeks ago the arcade games for the kids are five dollars apiece. There were five stuffed animals instead of 25. There were no toys in the golden egg game to win and the rubber ducky game is five dollars for an item that isn't even worth $.50 then my granddaughter wants to drink of water we go to the water fountain. The shorter fountain is broken, not working. I sat on cushions that were ripped. These kids that work here are good, but they're young. They don't care. I don't believe I'll be back. Every single time that we have been here the staff has been very pleasant. The facility is well managed, clean and appropriate for younger kids and pre teens. This place has really gone downhill. It used to be a place that I could let my grandkids play without hovering over them too much. Now it has become a safety hazard. Specifically the toddler area is dangerous. The merry go round with ride on vehicles (the motorcycle) has sharp visible screws sticking out from the base. It used to turn on its own but that feature no longer works. The other little merry go round that 2-3 people can sit in has a torn pad on the right side with a metal pipe exposed. Overall the place is absolutely filthy. The one thing I will say to the positive is the young people who work here. They tried to address the problems as much as they could on their own and contacted a manager by phone. Uptown Jungle needs a major facelift read more

This place is appropriate for all ages kids toddlers. They have a lot of room to play jump run around and just have fun. They have a few massage chairs for adults. They have vending machines as well. They also have rooms if you want to have a party. It is a bit it's a bit loud, not the music, just all the yelling and screaming, and laughing of all the kids, which is great. The only thing is that the staff are young and do not have attention to detail. there is a lot of trash laying around, for example, cups with liquid, which are easily dropped, paper towels, napkins, and a lot of paper that was just thrown everywhere. Trying to get the staff to help you is hard. Some of the slides and some of the stuff within the children's reach doesn't look too clean so, bring some sanitizing wipes for them, but it is kind of a fun place for them to go looney. They have spots for toddlers and small ones. They have spots for older kids. read more

Went in today and we were so happy we did. The place is well kept and bathrooms are clean. Our time was up but the kids really wanted to do rock climbing. It was closed for disinfection due to an incident. We were about to leave but the staff were exceptional and told us they would reopen the rock climbing area and gave us free passes to return. My last review was when my daughter was 1. Well, here we are almost 4 years later. This place looks run-down and gross. The floors are filthy and the equipment is in disrepair with tears and wear all over the place. They are always short on employees and that's no surprise but they don't do anything. They sit at the front and have no clue what's going on. They could be cleaning but I have NEVER seen anyone clean while I've been here, and that's numerous times. I want to say I know they can be busy, but I'm here during the middle of the week and it is not busy at all. I want to bathe my kids as soon as we leave. With that said, we come back because my oldest loves this place. You can always get a better deal on Groupon than buying when you come in. Many improvements are needed and a lot of dangerous problems too. I watch my kids like a hawk because many parents do not and my kid has been hurt plenty. read more

My little brother decided he wanted to spend his Bday here and some of the staff were friendly as well as helpful. Then there was a blonde manager that kept giving our party dirty looks. She shut off the soda machines early and cut the lights off early so we would leave. She did all of this after his mother spent $200 between passes, pizza, and drinks. Please understand families work hard to be able to afford such things for their children and don't need to be shortchanged nor judged. Both my 8 and 3 year old had a blast. my daughter did mention that a worker there told her she couldn't run up the vertical trampoline part and my daughter was like but they were and pointed at some other kids and the rep said don't worry what they are doing and my daughter asked why she couldn't do it and the rep said I'm not explaining myself to you... my daughter didn't tell me this until after we left and were home but had she said it to me I would have addressed it with that rep and advised her to keep her attitude in check when speaking to other peoples children. My son suffered a serious head injury at this fun park, resulting in stitches and a concussion. He hit his head on a bar that had the foam held on by a zip tie which split his forehead open. If the fun park actually secured the foam correctly and not using zip ties, perhaps my son would not have had his head split open. read more

Customer service these days is a lost art form...enter Georgette! We decided to try this place out at the last minute and even though there were other locations closer this one seemed to have the better attractions. We called ahead of time because we heard Uptown Jungle gives a home school discount and Georgette was very accommodating. I won't tell you what she gave us complementary so you don't get your hopes up, but as the manager she sets the tone. My daughter loved the climbing walls and my son enjoyed the jumping area and play structure. The place isn't huge, but nicely air conditioned and well staffed. There was a day camp there which was a bit on the wild side, but Georgette took control. No yelling, just correcting kids when rules were broken all out of care and concern. When she shared she is a mom and grandmother you could see this wasn't just a job. Normally I give or take away a half of a star for customer service, but in this case I increase a whole star because of Georgette. Not sure if this is a franchise model, but if Undercover Boss ever audits this business Georgette is the one to highlight. The funny thing about Yelp is reviews are more about service than "food." We went later in the evening so it wasn't too crowded and my 2 year still got ran over by bigger kids. It's essentially a large apparatus, an OVERPRICED convenient store (a water bottle costed us $6, a normal sized water bottle lol), rock climbing majigy, trampoline place, really dirty inside, and MOST uncomfortable massage chair/seating. There is an area specifically for adults however it looked tiny and the actual adults inside looked sad. Just a lot going on IMO, my children LOVED IT! And I did not lol. This is the second time I've been here in a week where the BACK emergency exit door has been propped open with a brick. This is extremely dangerous for how many children are here and parents are scattered across the place. Any kid can just simply walk out this door and no one would notice- how do I know this? I had my son walk out to see if anyone would say anything.. NOPE! I told the shift lead girl (Ashley)the other night how dangerous it was and she acted as if it shouldn't have been open- well here we are today and this place is PACKED and it's once again propped open... a child can get kidnapped quick by just this simple door being open... as a company I would think they wouldn't like this happening and then being sued because they were careless... do better!!! Love taking my daughter to Uptown Jungle! This place is amazing for small toddlers up to little big kids. They have tons of fun amenities including slides and ball pits and climbing areas and trampolines and dodgeball and even a little mini ninja warrior course. Definitely plenty of activities to keep the kids (and the parents!) busy for a couple hours. And guaranteed, the little ones are ready for a nap after a quick treat at the concession! The staff is always friendly and you can tell they enjoy kids and their job. We quickly obtained a membership so that we can go whenever is clever! It's totally worth it especially with the hot summer months coming up soon! Also, the memberships are good at any location throughout the valley so it's fun to meet up with other parents who also have a membership. The different locations have slightly different obstacles for the kids as well. We will definitely be going often to Uptown Jungle for the foreseeable future for fun times. Was hesitant about overcrowding in the summer due to the crazy heat but had a blast at Uptown Jungle. They have a wonderful toddler section and every time kids who were clearly NOT toddlers would crash the party, Georgette would come in and save the day. Definitely try coming when she's working!
