This place is so much fun for the kids. I have a five year-old and a near two year-old. We were here for a birthday party and had so much fun! The slides are fun for all ages. They have a small area for the little kids, they have a fun café with all kinds of food. It's a great, one stop shop for birthday parties, plan to spend a few hours because there's a lot to do here. Fun for all ages. parking is plentiful in the Plaza lot. It looks like a small place from the outside, but it's full of fun and its own little world on the inside. What a super fun experience! One of my favorite parts was that the kids could go play. And the adults could sit on comfortable benches. Or in the concession stand area. It's very self-explanatory. Lots of different areas of entertainment. And the kids don't need a ton of supervision or guidance. We even spent time in the preschool area. And for the most part, even small children could navigate the different activities with ease. My only note is that I would like to see more people walking around with cleaning supplies in their hands. These kind of places just seem a little bit germy to me. I did try to use a hand sanitizer dispenser while I was there. It was empty. But all in all I highly recommend recommended experience! Wowww! What a funnest place to hangout with your kids and family. The sliding options are great and different challenges, depending on how you much you feel comfortable to do it. My kids loved it a lot, and already asked me to take them back again soon--I guess this is the good experience for them. There have options for you from 90 mins, 120 mins or more. Adults also can have fun in this place as well. On Thursday they have buy one get one ticket for kids under 3 years old. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, the place is clean and lots of sitting area for the family who want to relax while the kids play. The slides, jungle gyms/climbing mazes, and bouncy basketball courts are all top notch and the facility as a whole is in great condition. Definitely looks like fun, even for adults, and has tons of attractions. Also, be mindful of your arrival time - we got there at 7:30 and had to wait until the 8pm session to get started. I wouldve assumed that theyd either highlight that on the website, or allow you to start any time like the trampoline parks (although, I understand do to the transition to after hours). That said they were accommodating and let us in some of the play areas early. If you're hungry keep in mind the food is a like ordering from the movie theatre, essentially the same menu and costs. Overall, great entertainment and the kids had a blast. The young ladies at the front desk were sweet and helpful. Oh and it was WAY less busy than the trampoline parks... huge plus (and nicer/cleaner). read more

The main center yellow slide when you first enter is very impressive! Lines moved relatively quickly. Check in for a party was somewhat easy except that they didn't keep the group together and just pointed to where the table was in the facility, rather than bringing the group there. No tables were labeled. Under the tables were littered with crumbs and trash from previous guests. After that, it was all down hill- and not in just the fun way we had hoped. Don't get me wrong. The slides were fun. My kids had fun. Just not as much fun as other indoor play parks. But ALL the slides and pads were dirty. They allow food wherever so there was crumbs, food, sticky drinks everywhere. EVERYwhere. Every seat had smudges and crumbs of something on it. I watched one of the employees clean the tables and they use a super dirty rag and sort of just push crumbs off and onto the floor. For parents/guardians: the seating options while plentiful are shockingly uncomfortable. Weird low backs, off angles. Just, not a place you want to sit. This is definitely not a place for parents to relax while their kids play for any amount of time. Customer service was severely lacking- no one was particularly friendly or helpful and they had almost no one out on the floor to assist kids/parents if needed. We tried a few of their food items and to start, everything was very expensive, but we expect that at places like this. But when I say the food was so bad we spit it out, I mean it! And we like theater/ trampoline park type of junk food. This was just- so bad. The pretzels were particularly bad, and came with a side of spicy nacho cheese. Yuck. We wanted ICEEs too and the machine broke twice. It took us 25 minutes to get one ICEE. Just all bad unfortunately. It's just too bad, because they just opened, it's a shame to see it look this dirty and run down already. My kids are, without a doubt going to have some sort of bug/sickness after coming here. Went into the location today at 530pm. The girl at the counter called over a "manager" and equally clueless and unhelpful young lady. She refused to honor the deal I have used twice before from the community perk pass site which offers a BOGO. She had no explanation other than she hadn't seen it before. I explained I had shown the deal before and it was honored with no issue both times previously. She kept saying "well it hasn't been honored for over a year." Mind you first she didn't seem to know what the deal was but secondly I expressed that was a false statement cause I had brought my children twice in the last 4-5 months using the very exact deal. She had zero customer service or empathy or desire to assist in spite of her not being familiar with it. I was showing her the site on the phone. Ended up leaving without taking my 4 kids to enjoy. The place was empty too, you would think they would want the business. Perturbed by her refusal to honor I called slick city's customer service. She contacted the chandler location and got in touch with Steel, and he confirmed its a promo they honor at their location. He said he would call their location to discuss. After 15 minutes, he called back as promised and said that he spoke to a manager there named Payton and that they will now go ahead and honor it. I'm not sure if Payton was the same person who help me when I first walked in, but I thanked Steele for following up and calling back. After hanging up with him I then called the Queen Creek location again and asked to speak with the manager to ensure we could indeed actually use it before I drove all the way back. None of the two employees that answered tried to assist me, and they were refusing to reiterate or give their name or any manager on duty. I only briefly caught the beginning of their names, which were Ashley and Shayna or Shehana but Ashley was extremely rude. She kept saying she would not provide me the name of anybody that worked there and I told her I was going to complain about the fact that she was keeping the names from me and she said then go ahead and do that. This is the kind of service you want to provide to your guests???? Terrible. Zero stars. Gotta be careful conducting yourself like that in a world like we have today, mess around and get the wrong person. read more

Slick City = SO much fun! You pay one set price (60 or 90 minutes, we went for 90 because why not ) and you basically get access to a giant indoor slide paradise. There are so many slides that even when it's packed, you can just hop to another and keep the fun going. The staff? Super chill, mostly upbeat teens who clearly enjoy being there. The place is clean, organized, and even has spots to sit and catch your breath between runs (trust me, you'll need it!). They've got snacks like nachos and slushies, but definitely bring a water bottle, you'll be running around more than you think. Oh, and yes... there's an adult area for a little grown-up refreshment Honestly, I had just as much fun as the kids, a few of those slides had me shaking in my boots Perfect spot to keep the kids entertained (and burn off energy) indoors for a couple of hours. 10/10 would slide again. read more

I send a text, get a text back from a rude worker there who's not helpful at all. Says a manager will call me back. I'm trying to book a party that's going to cost near $600 with you and I can't get customer service support? That's not a good sign Cody/Slick City. Don't believe me? Try calling their number right now, I will Venmo you $20 if someone answers. The 'GM' Cody is just as bad as the workers there, it's no wonder they don't care about business or potential customers. Their GM acted annoyed when I asked questions about potentially booking a party there. They had a discount that just ended less than 10 days ago, and a location nearby has a groupon offer but this location refuses to offer any price match/discount and on top of spending $600 you can't get assurance that your money is going to the right place or what you're guaranteed to get. Avoid this location at all costs. Cody Cox is not fit to deal with people let alone be around kids. Scary stuff read more

My kids love this place and it's something new and fun! Just some cons are that no staff is really monitoring the areas. You have to be 4 years and up to be going on slides but some 4 and under do end up going on them so bigger kids just gotta watch out. I do wonder if the mats are being clean?? Because some don't look sanitary at all. But overall my kids always have a good time here and it's spacious and they have a toddler area and lots of places to sit where you can order food. read more

Our 1st impression wasn't great, since the cashier wasn't very friendly. I think it's way too expensive for what they offer. The concession prices were unbelievably high too! We have taken the kids to the QC Slick City multiple times and they have a blast. They have a different slide for everyone's comfortability, including very little kids. There is a basketball hoop area, arcade games, and a foot court. Every time the kids go, they make friends and it's a great way to burn off some energy! It will be one of our go to places for the summer. read more

I usually don't leave bad reviews on trampoline parks, but this one was definitely not cool. Not for the slides, but the employees and food. The employees attending the slides were lazy and were sitting around not doing anything and not managing the slides. When I asked them to check if there was anyone at the bottom of the slide, they asked me to check. I'm sorry, isn't that your job? I get it, it was late, but safety is more important than sitting around, not caring about the safety of children. Next is the food. I do not advise getting the pizza as I had to send it back. It was cardboard and as hard as a rock. Next, the chicken. It was slightly undercooked and I now have stomach issues the next day. The only good thing was the sprite and fries. Those were decent. The only reason I'm giving this two stars and not one is because it really was a fun time otherwise. Just please take caution when you go. Other than that, very fun! read more

This place was impressive. My 5yr old had an absolute blast and so did us adults. We went on a Wednesday morning when they first opened and it was the perfect crowd. At first, it was extremely cold but as you get moving and work up a sweat, it's perfect. Plenty of sitting and spacious. They had lots of food and drink options (even alcohol!) and a neat locker system to put away your valuables. The facility itself was extremely clean but the bathrooms badly needed more attention. There was a lack of supervision at the slides. Only the toddler area, and 2-3 other slides actually had attendants. Each slide should definitely have supervision to ensure everyone is following the rules and safety guidelines. There was no attendant at the basketball courts either. The toddler area was very unique. But the attendant wasn't enforcing the height restriction and another attendant had to come kick some older kids out. And the slides are big enough for the adults! Speaking of adults, I believe they said the 3rd Thursday of every month is adult night. (21+ older only!) Pricing was, ehh. I think the "kids" price should stretch up to 5yrs (currently 3YRS) as the height restriction for the toddler area goes well above average height for a 3YR old. Overall, my group had a fantastic time. And we will definitely be back. read more

Not safe for small children, even in the kids area. There's no one monitoring, so it's just overrun by bigger kids and my little one got knocked over repeatedly. The bigger kids are throwing things and being unsafe with the younger ones. Only ok if you have bigger kids. The business with the coolest concept and what might be the absolute least supportive staff I have ever visited or heard of. I almost never write a bad review I typically just talk to my inner circle about the experience but there isn't enough characters available to post here to cover the numerous situations that came up that employees either ignored or took 0 accountability for it. 1. The 5 and under section to play is pretty cut and dry who is allowed in there, it's right in the name. They even station a person / employee at the door to get in (if you can even call him that because he didn't work one bit). He let in more teenagers than actual kids under 5 in a matter of 15 minutes. Finally after the 5th in there got through I asked him if he was going to do his job. His response was well. Can you just tell him to get out of there? I was like you're kidding me now you want me to do your job for you? Stemming from that situation, I reached out to three different employees to do anything because at this point my five-year-old was borderline in danger because of how aggressive the play was of these kids playing tag. Right when he " does his job ." it goes right back to his cell phone, not paying attention to anyone else that was walking through there yet again and as for the other employees that I reached out to they're like well, He usually doesn't do this job duty excuse after excuse after excuse finally in a concern for my daughter's well-being I told her our time was up, even though it wasn't because the company doesn't care whether a one year-old or two girl gets hurt by allowing teenagers in the little kid section I couldn't allow the negligence to affect my daughter. The front desk didn't seem to care either. The shame is parents weren't always over there to see what was happening so their kids who have only been walking for a couple years are going through an obstacle course getting trampled by 14 year olds it was just sad. Went to the grand opening, And it was disappointing. It was just like a regular day there. No balloons, no decorations and it was not inviting! We waited for months for this place to open to be disappointed. The food was overcooked. Pretzel bites were hard and crunchy and the fries were soggy and undercooked. My son and I have come here multiple times and he always has a great time. They try to be accommodating as possible for special needs kiddos, and despite there being a lot of people there at all times, it never feels *too* busy. The lines move fast, if there is one. It is a sensory nightmare for neurodivergent folks and my son has multiple meltdowns when he is there, so be sure to come properly equipped and don't forget your headphones at home like I do.
