What a super fun experience! One of my favorite parts was that the kids could go play. And the adults could sit on comfortable benches. Or in the concession stand area. It's very self-explanatory. Lots of different areas of entertainment. And the kids don't need a ton of supervision or guidance. We even spent time in the preschool area. And for the most part, even small children could navigate the different activities with ease. My only note is that I would like to see more people walking around with cleaning supplies in their hands. These kind of places just seem a little bit germy to me. I did try to use a hand sanitizer dispenser while I was there. It was empty. But all in all I highly recommend recommended experience! Sidenote, I did check out the memberships just to see and I think they are way overpriced!

We came here on New Year's Day and luckily it wasn't too busy! The kids were able to walk on almost any slide and or tumble on the basketball courts! Us adults were able to sit in the dining space and have a side or an adult beverage. Kids loved it here.

Wowww! What a funnest place to hangout with your kids and family. The sliding options are great and different challenges, depending on how you much you feel comfortable to do it. My kids loved it a lot, and already asked me to take them back again soon--I guess this is the good experience for them. There have options for you from 90 mins, 120 mins or more. Adults also can have fun in this place as well. On Thursday they have buy one get one ticket for kids under 3 years old. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, the place is clean and lots of sitting area for the family who want to relax while the kids play. There's also the some snack corner for parents to grab your treat while keeping an eye on your kids! Come and check it out this fun spot--you won't disappoint!

My kids absolutely love this place!! It's such a fun experience that isn't always trampoline parks. Even my 3 year old goes on all the slides and has the next time. It's awesome we can take the kids here and they are tired out by the end and sleep sooo well! It's very clean, comfortable and I love their upstairs for birthday parties. We had our kiddos 9th & 4th birthday parties here and they still talk about it. They have awesome staff, party attendants and great pizza.

The slides, jungle gyms/climbing mazes, and bouncy basketball courts are all top notch and the facility as a whole is in great condition. Definitely looks like fun, even for adults, and has tons of attractions. Also, be mindful of your arrival time - we got there at 7:30 and had to wait until the 8pm session to get started. I wouldve assumed that theyd either highlight that on the website, or allow you to start any time like the trampoline parks (although, I understand do to the transition to after hours). That said they were accommodating and let us in some of the play areas early. If you're hungry keep in mind the food is a like ordering from the movie theatre, essentially the same menu and costs. Overall, great entertainment and the kids had a blast. The young ladies at the front desk were sweet and helpful. Oh and it was WAY less busy than the trampoline parks... huge plus (and nicer/cleaner).

We were visiting from Omaha and looking for something indoors to do. We found this on Yelp and…read morefigured it looked just good enough to enjoy a few hours. The price was $21 per kid+$4 for socks, making it in the middle of cheap and expensive. With limited options for any better price point we ended up attending. I will say, as someone who visits the Rainforest Cafe, this is like an interactive spot! I loved the whole play area. It's sky high with a ton of things to climb and play on. We have a 7 and 10 year old and both had a ton of fun. I got a play card to play some games and we got our fill of fun and burned energy by the end. It is definitely on the older side of play places, but I found it nostalgic. It was like chuck e cheese meets the wild. I would recommend it if you were looking for something to do.

Employees were not any too nice. They were not mean or anything ... just more devoid of…read morepersonality. Many arcade games did not work. Not hardly any balls in Down the Clown, Pinball game with no working ball, etc. Play area was fantastic. Kids definitely enjoyed that part. This is what is unique about the place and the reason to come here. The giant tree is magical. The snake slide is really cool. We all like the aquarium that is incorporated into the play structure. Parents do not have to pay to play if you prefer to be a spectator. There were many massage chairs around the play floor and signs saying you could only sit in them if you were paying for a massage. That said, I wanted to use one, but I couldn't find one that worked. Just kind of gives the place a lower end vibe. They do have one ride (Frog Hopper), but you need to go request an employee if you want to ride it. They give you the feeling that you are annoying or bothering them if you ask them to come over to operate the ride. I do not like having that feeling so my kids only went on the ride once. Tried the food. It was okay. Nothing gourmet, but it is typical for the quality one usually finds at these indoor kid play places. Nice that they had Icees available.

The whole reason we did this for her birthday is because my daughter is a strong believer in unicorns and absolutely loves them. Upon arriving the kids immediately noticed the "unicorn" and his horn was lopsided, falling off of his head. My daughter went up to the employee and told her that the horn was falling off. Later she told me that it broke her heart it wasn't a real unicorn. If you have a group coming specifically for a unicorn encounter that unicorn should be ready and looking magical as can be for their arrival. Additionally, the second reason we chose this experience was because the website said you would get to hold bunnies. My daughter loves bunnies and told me all leading up to the party that she couldn't wait to hold a bunny. The employee did NOT let the girls hold bunnies at all, she only let them pet the bunny. It also said they would feed alpacas, sheep, and goats. They didn't have the girls feed any animals at all. In fact no one was guiding through the process at all aside from a lady taking the girls in a circle twice on the pony. Then she disappeared for a long time until she finally came back out and brought out one bunny for them to pet. The AC was not turned on in the castle until we were about to leave and it was 2:30 in the afternoon so almost 100 degrees outside. Overall very disappointed and would not recommend going here. We paid $125 for the kids to basically run around a farm for an hour in 100 degrees. The reviews had been so great saying they make it a magical experience and sadly the magic was exactly what we were missing today.

Leading up to the party, Christy was incredibly responsive and patient, answering all of my questions via email and even giving us a tour of the venue ahead of time. The space was absolutely perfect for our princess unicorn theme. During the party, Rebecca and DJ were so kind, patient, and attentive with all 15 kids, allowing them to ride the ponies multiple times, helping with photos while riding, and bringing out the hare and baby goat for petting--which the kids absolutely loved. All of the animals, including the miniature horses, donkey, sheep, alpaca, chickens, geese, and ducks, were very friendly and tolerant with the children. It was obvious how well cared for and loved the animals are. DJ even went above and beyond by helping my husband lift a heavy cooler full of drinks during setup, which was greatly appreciated. The party setup looked beautiful, and everyone--kids and parents alike--had an amazing time. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Charming Pony Parties to anyone looking for a truly special and memorable celebration!

Can't complain too much since it's only $15 to add a rental package online ($18 in-person, which is annoying). How about raise it to $20 flat and get some new gear that works reliably = 2 stars The Pro Shop has a good selection of guns and accessories at fair prices compared to online Airsoft retailers. The knowledge of the salespeople however, isn't as good. I get better answers from AI on my phone while standing at the counter. The online reservation system is AWFUL!!! The website is difficult to navigate unless you read by picture. Looks more like multiple flyers glued to a screen that have hidden links in some, but not others. When you select a date, time, and location you end up with the right date and location, but varying times. I booked for 2 people for the 12pm - 4pm session and ended up with one at 12pm and the other @ 4:30pm. = 1 star The staff is friendly and generally helpful in getting issues worked out. That definitely helps, but with all of the online reservation stuff that has to be un-FUBARed, it takes away from the experience and play time. I'm not a web designer, but with most people using technology to purchase goods, services, and experiences, you'd think they'd do some market research to gather feedback on how to build a user-friendly website. We haven't tried any of the other Airsoft locations in Phoenix, but after our three (3) past experiences, I'm ready to move on from VIP Airsoft. It kinda sucks, because this place is close to our house and easy to get to.

After researching Urban Air, we decided to go all in and purchase memberships for our family. Three…read moreUnlimited memberships and about $730 later, we were excited to see if the experience would live up to everything it promised. The Good There is a lot to like about Urban Air. The variety of attractions is impressive and gives kids plenty of ways to stay entertained. Between the go-karts, free-fall ride, rock climbing walls, laser tag, elevated obstacle course, and trampolines, there is no shortage of things to do. The go-karts were one of the biggest hits of the day. Our kids absolutely loved them and would have happily ridden them over and over. They were easily one of the standout attractions and one of the main reasons we felt good about purchasing the memberships. Laser tag was another highlight. The arena is surprisingly large, and the equipment feels like what you'd expect from a dedicated laser tag facility rather than a side attraction at a trampoline park. It was probably my personal favorite attraction. Most importantly, our kids had a blast. They left excited and already asking when they could come back, which is ultimately what matters most. The Bad The biggest surprise came when we learned that some attractions included with the "Unlimited" membership are not actually unlimited. We discovered this when an employee marked our kids' wristbands to track how many times they had ridden the go-karts. Since the go-karts were one of their favorite attractions, it was disappointing to learn there was a limit on something they enjoyed so much. What made this more frustrating was that when reviewing membership options, the pass advertises "Full Attraction Access Included." Based on that wording, I naturally assumed that meant unlimited access to all attractions during a visit. Instead, it appears the "Unlimited" portion refers more to unlimited visits throughout the month rather than unlimited use of every attraction once you're inside. To be fair, there may be details somewhere outlining these restrictions, but during signup and while reviewing the membership information, we couldn't find anything clearly explaining which attractions have limits or how many uses are included. Greater transparency upfront would go a long way toward setting proper expectations. Fortunately, our kids didn't seem bothered by the limits, but it was still an unexpected surprise. The Ugly My biggest concerns involved safety oversight and supervision. The employees we interacted with were friendly and polite, but many appeared quite young, and there were multiple occasions where staff seemed more focused on socializing than actively monitoring attractions. This was particularly noticeable in the rock climbing area, where children were climbing 20+ feet into the air while attached to retractable harness systems. The equipment itself appeared safe, but active supervision is just as important. Another concern involved the free-fall ride. During our visit, the ride was out of service, but the exit gate was not properly secured. Because of this, children were able to enter the attraction area through the exit and begin accessing the ride before an employee noticed and redirected them. Thankfully the ride was not operating at the time, but it took a moment for staff to recognize what was happening. While no one was hurt and the situation was corrected, it reinforced some of the attentiveness concerns we observed throughout the visit. For a facility designed primarily for children and featuring several higher-risk attractions, supervision and securing access points should be top priorities. Overall Despite the concerns, we still had a positive first experience. The attractions themselves are genuinely fun, the facility offers a lot for active kids, and our children had an amazing time. Because we've already invested in the memberships, we'll absolutely continue visiting and will be interested to see how future experiences compare. It's possible that visiting on a Tuesday evening during the summer contributed to some of the staffing and supervision issues, especially since the park wasn't particularly busy. If I could give half stars, this would probably land around 3.5 to 4 stars for me. The attractions, especially the go-karts and laser tag, are excellent and delivered exactly what we hoped for. However, the lack of clarity around "Unlimited" membership benefits and the safety oversight concerns keep it from earning a full five stars. Urban Air has the potential to be a fantastic family value, but clearer communication and stronger attention to supervision would make the experience feel more aligned with the premium price of admission.

I took my four kids here and ended up spending close to $200. I wouldn't mind paying that if the…read morefacility was clean and well maintained, but unfortunately it wasn't. We arrived right when they opened on a Thursday morning, so it wasn't a matter of the place getting dirty throughout the day. The facility looked like it desperately needed a deep cleaning. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, many of the surfaces looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a while, and the foam pit was especially concerning--the foam blocks looked old, dirty, and in need of replacement. For what admission costs, I expect the facility to be maintained much better. My kids still had fun, but the lack of cleanliness made it hard to enjoy the experience, and I don't feel the condition of the facility matches the premium price. On a positive note- the staff was very friendly.
