Love the Brazilian lemonade. They also did a modified strawberry hibiscus caipirinha mocktail for me which was so delicious. I'm not a beef eater, but the family enjoyed so many delicious cuts. Picanha sirloin. Fraldinha bottom sirloin. Alcatra top sirloin. Costela beef ribs. For me, it's just lamb when I eat red meat. Lamb chops medium. Lamb picanha marinated with fresh mint, white wine and lemon then fire roasted. Yum! My favorite though is the salad market table. Slices of smoked salmon. Hearts of palm. Asparagus. Brazilian egg salad. Grilled cauliflower. Chickpea salad. I can actually skip the meat completely and be so satisfied. Try not to fill up on the pao de queijo, Brazilian cheese bread. It is so addictive!! Not sure why we needed dessert but the trio was a sweet way to end a great meal and begin a weekend filled with family and lots of love.
