When I asked about a pizza, I was told they weren't taking pizza orders until after 2 p.m. When I arrived to pick up my sandwich, another customer tried to order and was immediately told, "It's gonna take 30 minutes," before she could even say what she wanted. It felt like they were trying to discourage customers from ordering rather than providing good service. A little kindness and professionalism would have made all the difference.
