Cute little shop that has everything - including a pug named Winston that runs in circles around the store. We came for some Italians, but they have everything from ribeye steaks to Chamboard. If you're staying in the Sebago area and need some ground beef or cocktail supplies, look no further. They have a deli that makes a classic Maine Italian sandwiches and fresh pizzas. We got two boiled ham Italians with all the veg toppings including banana peppers and jalapeños. There's also an option to order a "double" (I think that means double meat/cheese?). Definitely do this - my biggest complaint is that I wish there was more ham! On a scale of bad to great Italians, I'd say this fell somewhere in the middle. I was happy to eat it, but I think most would agree this is not the Italian sandwich Mecca. But $11 for two sandos the size of my forearm?! It's a steal. read more

Very disappointing experience. I completely understand that businesses get busy, but customer service was extremely unprofessional. When I called, I was immediately told in a rude tone, "It's an hour wait," before I could even place my order. When I asked about a pizza, I was told they weren't taking pizza orders until after 2 p.m. When I arrived to pick up my sandwich, another customer tried to order and was immediately told, "It's gonna take 30 minutes," before she could even say what she wanted. It felt like they were trying to discourage customers from ordering rather than providing good service. A little kindness and professionalism would have made all the difference. read more

Very rude staff. The girls that make the food act annoyed and are not friendly whatsoever! When you say thank you they ignore you and give you snotty looks. As a business owner myself, my staff would not be employed if they acted like that towards anybody! read more

We work in the area and stop here a lot for lunch. The guy behind the deli counter's attitude has made a lot of people we know stop going there. Every single time anyone orders a sandwich he makes them feel like they're inconveniencing him. I don't know what he has going on in his personal life but he clearly brings it to work every day and passive aggressively takes it out on every customer that comes in. read more

Ok for a coffee or tea but nothing special. I know it's been around forever. We were camping down the road so an easy place to grab coffee.

Wonderful little general store run by wonderful people. Has just about everything. When people were without electricity they opened up ( with help of a generator), gave out coffee at a buck, you could fill water jugs or buckets for free from their taps, charge up cell phones. They did not gouge prices, as many would have these days, but offered their community love and assistance! read more

Rude and unhelpful. When asking staff where to place my sandwich order she acted annoyed and confused. After placing our order, the deli staff shouted, "did you let them know it's an hour wait?", and she responded yes even though we were not informed of this. Flies all throughout the store and unappetizing produce. Save your time and go somewhere else. read more

What a gem of a store on the banks of Sebago Lake , A general store with almost everything what one might need , grocery , lotto fishing license's & DVDs ,sandwich's ,beer wine ,frozen products & meats ,cold cuts I could probably say ' all the things you could need when camping or on a road trip on route 114w & honestly such a really nice friendly staff that in truth could not be more nicer if the tried .. As a kid, going to Jordan's was a joy. It was one of the best parts of our yearly vacations (especially once my cousins and siblings and I got old enough to walk from our cottage to the store by ourselves). However, and I say this a Mainer whose life and work has brought me out of the state, don't try to buy alcohol there if you're not a 'local'. At 25, I went in to grab a bottle of gin and some tonic water for family cocktails before dinner. I was shot down with an out of state ID. My mother, in her 50's, went and was also denied. My father then went and was denied. The issue is if they don't know you and you present an out-of-state ID they will deny you and demand a ME hunting or fishing license as backup. My federal work picture ID as backup didn't work. My father's military ID wouldn't work because at this point he figured he was buying for me, despite me having perfectly valid identification. He can deny service to whomever he likes. But since this rude incident, we've taken our annual family summer vacations elsewhere. Just because he's the only game in town doesn't mean he is in control. It's a shame that one bitter store owner can take away 40+ years of wonderful family memories. read more

We live in Sebago so this place is a staple for us. Whether we are running down the street for something we forgot at the grocery store, an "emergency" booze run, getting supplies for a day out on the boat (literally anything you could possibly need or want, from life-jackets and bait to depth charts, fishing rods and spare parts, even weird Japanese fake bait), or just too lazy to go anywhere outside of Sebago, they have everything. Even if you just need some good old maine wisdom, they always have that in stock. These people are the best. Very friendly, and they know pretty much everything about the area as far as I can tell. Great sandwiches too - much better than the "four seasons"... Which as far as I can tell is only open about 1.5 seasons. Jordan's is pretty much the only year-round business in town (besides the gas station), and it's a good one! read more

Holy crap do I love Jordan's. My family and I live down the street, I go there daily for something. It's become a running joke with me, and the endlessly awesome people that work there that, to this day, it's been over 5 years, and I've yet to come up with something that I needed that they didn't have. Went in for a 6 pack of Corona (Which we all know is better with lime). Yup, fresh limes sitting right there. You've gotta be kidding me. Needed fly strips. Do I have to go all the way to the nearest Walmart? Nope. Had them at Jordan's. One time, as the joke starting to gain traction, I went in and thought that I had them stumped. There was no chance that they were going to have the light bulbs I needed for my bathroom vanity. No chance. Guess what? They did. Aside from that their pizza is outstanding. The stuff in the turner is so/so because it sits, but that's not exclusive to Jordan's. That's anywhere. A fresh pie though? It's hard to beat. Thin crust, doughy, heavy on the cheese, generous toppings, floppy, greasy amazingness. Their Italian sandwiches are quintessential Maine. They fresh chop the veggies right in front of you while you watch. Nothing pre-sliced. You can taste the difference. Whatever you could need from fishing tackle, to adult beverges, to dog food. It's there. One of the things I love about the store is that they do NOT price gouge. You'd think the prices would be really high because they're just a little store. That's not the case at all. Bring a bag of cash!! Due to it being the only place to buy food or alcohol you will be paying a high price for everything! The time it takes to get food is laughable but they do a nice job, typically it's a bunch of college kids or family members making sandwiches. There meats are really good and thick much better than the average grocery store. If your staying a week pick up all your supplies before you cross into Maine you will save yourself from having to eat Ramon noodles when you get back home. Don't get me wrong I frequent this store when I need more beer or ice and get pizza when it's raining out but just be prepare to wait and dish out some dough! read more

Worst store ever!!! I was staying at my aunt and uncles lake house on sebago just after turning 21... Went to make the beer run for everyone at the house and was denied because I didn't have a second ID...ok I was probably still young looking fine... Fast forward 3 years I'm 24 same problem! Lady behind the counter asks... "Well do have a hunting or fishing license?" No... Sorry I don't I live in the city where we have electricity and computers! "Well it's out of state... I'm from freaking Massachusetts and your store is next to a campground! It's not some random Midwestern state...we used to own you!
