I do not trust dry cleaning services. I've tried it once in life and the results were a joke. They offer laundry delivery service here with their cute vans. This place is modern and clean. A tip that's helpful: For the best wash, do not over stuff the machines. Your clothes will appear as though they've never been washed. Be smart. Don't be cheap. Splurge the extra $1.50 for the appropriate sized machine. The attendants are very kind here and knowledgeable. I've been coming for 2 years now.

I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property. They have 3 ways to get your clothes clean. You can either come in and use the coin-op machines yourself, pay a little more and drop your clothes off and pick them up on a pre-determined day, or (if you live within a certain radius) they will come to pick up your laundry in their van, wash it, and drop it off for you. I dropped by with 5 garbage bags full of seawater-marinated towels, rugs, and other assorted items. After getting looked at funny, and told it would be a week's turnaround given the surge in customers from Sandy, I told them to take their time and I'd be back whenever they asked me to be. 7 days later, $30 out of my pocket, and everything was cleaned and good as new, wrapped up tightly and neatly in large (and sturdy!) plastic bags. These guys are good, and I look forward to using them for large items until my own replacement appliances come in.

There were four slip covers for the cushions and one large slip cover that ran across the entire couch. I had high expectations and told the owner about this.
