He was very reasonable and happy to get the job done and whatever else was needed. The wedding day came and Juan arrived on time with his team ready to go. They had the food prepared in aluminum trays and kept them warmed ready to be served at dinner. The pollo in salsa verde and birria were excellent in quality and taste.
