He made a very professional presentation. Then Tim Marihugh and his foreman Gilberto were on site with their crew and started the installation. They answered all my questions and concerns through out the process. the site was kept clean daily and no nails were found on site. My wifes flowers were kept protected and no damage was incurred. Had a bad Leak on my roof close to the area where the plumbing vent pipe boot is located. Inspected area in attic and discovered that the wood was rotting. Big Bear Roofing was recommended by a coworker. Called them and they came right away and performed a thorough inspection, took pictures of the damage and Tim, the project manager, called with a reasonable quote. The crew came out early in the morning, replace the damaged area, added new shingles and replaced all new pipe boots for the whole house. Very, very impressed with their work. They were courteous, kept me updated with the progress, was super-efficient and most of all, cleaned up everything and didn't leave a trace. I would advise against utilizing Big Bear Roofing for services due to a negative experience. Their contracted delivery people caused substantial damage to my driveway. Although a waiver was signed, contractors were not adequately informed to avoid driving on the driveway, which had pre-existing cracks from a pine tree, which has been removed. This concern was addressed both prior to and after the incident. Initially, Big Bear Roofing expressed a willingness to assist, but their tone shifted once they received the remaining payment, which they persistently requested three days after issuing the invoice. Big Bear Roofing was called because my roof was leaking. Since my house is very old and had previous patches it was agreed that the best course of action would be to replace the entire roof. 8 months later when hurricane Debbie came through my roof stated leaking in the same place it had leaked before the roof was replaced. After about a week Big Bear Roofing came and put some tar around the chimney. After they refused to fix the roof without charge finally went to small claims court. Big Bear Roofing hired a lawyer and said a previous leak had never been mentioned and I lost the case. The lawyer refused to let any of the estimates that were there because the contractors were not there to testify. The lawyer said if I had taken pictures myself of the roof and poor work that would be admitted. Sad they would rather pay a lawyer than fix their improper installation. read more

On time and fast. Cleaned up very well and kept in communication the whole time. The crew started early and went full steam until the job was done. A few shingles short at the end of the day but by sun up they were waiting out front and finished the job in a matter of minutes. read more

In 2017 Big Bear Roofing did a full roof replacement. Earlier this week I found a shingle in our yard and did not know if it came from our roof. I called Bear Bear and Josh came out immediately. He inspected our roof and found that all our shingles were in tact. He did find another issue regarding our siding (near our chimney) that we were very much unaware of. He climbed back up on the roof and quickly made the repair. His kindness exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend Big Bear Roofing.
