We had the Thai version with slaw on the side - just AMAZING! Incredible flavors, especially the peanut sauce. A perfect mix with the other toppings, and we loved the touch of sriracha for kick (but not flaming). Every time we come here, we leave happy, full, and already planning our next visit. That's suspicious behavior. Second, the staff is ridiculously friendly. I was expecting the standard "here's your food" interaction, but instead we were greeted by genuinely welcoming people who seem to enjoy what they do. Again, suspicious. Tonight's offender was the patty melt. It was juicy, flavorful, and downright disrespectful to every mediocre sandwich I've ever eaten. I may never look at another patty melt the same way. As for my two biggest complaints: You're not closer to my house. You're not open every day. Frankly, I find both of these decisions deeply inconvenient for my burger addiction. All jokes aside, I have yet to find a single thing to complain about. Great food, awesome people, and a place that never disappoints. Something different for me…read more I seldom have Korean food so I don't have much previous experience to go on, but I can say I liked the Bul Go Gi I had this evening. Somehow my wife found out about this food truck, currently located at the West Coast Church of the Cross on Tuttle just north of the Siesta Drive circle. We can be a little adventurous sometimes, so off we went. We got both the beef and chicken versions, they also offer pork. The operator, I assume Charlie from their facebook page, was super nice. He made sure we got just what we wanted, and we headed home. Opening the containers, it didn't look particularly appetizing. It did, however, taste very good. The marinated meats, both the beef and chicken, were very good. I like noodles and I also liked the ones in this dish. I felt like it was something I might find in a food court. Without really knowing what good Bul Go Gi is vs bad Bul Go Gi, I found no problems with either the food or the experience, so I'm rating them high.
