Party pack for 2: 1 full rack of wings 1 lb of wings Coleslaw x 2 (comes with beans but you can swap it out with another coleslaw upon request) Cornbread and large fries With an extra lb of wings ad an add on. We got Honey garlic and creamy Parmesan for the wings which were both amazing but they have so many other flavours to choose from(over 20) This stunning spread was finger licking good and we fed my family of 4 right up... we don't order takeout bbq often but decided to give this place a try and honestly we enjoyed the entire meal which included their bbq sauce, fries and coleslaw!

Fantastic ribs, chicken wings and fries. If you come on a Monday, they have a $30 deal that includes a full rack of ribs, 1 lb of wings and fries. You can also switch to onion rings, or have a mix of rings and fries. There is plenty of parking space. The indoor space is a bit limited but they have patio tables set up too. I tried the pull pork and definitely have some bread on hand.

Reason for Visit: Craving wings around the Vaughan area. Looking for some excitement in life with all the lock down. Menu: So I got two of their 1 lb wings combo ($14/inc tax). First thing to comment is it is made fresh and it is pretty fast. Spent around 10 mins waiting only and got my two orders , this is with a line there too. I didn't get this place 5/5 because I thought the wings could had been more flavored. Or maybe my taste buds are just messed up. I tried their BBQ and honey garlic, both weren't as saucy as I had liked but nevertheless, it was tasty. Their fries are super crispy and tasty too. So really I had a good time, would definitely want to try more of their other flavors. I was initially worried about ordering something spicy but since the flavoring isn't as intense, I should just try it anyways. I will most likely screw myself over with this decision shortly after. Service: Very friendly staff. Super fast service. Nothing to complain about. You wait outside at their patio waiting area while waiting. It is efficient, fast, and safe. Overall: $14 including tax for 1 lb of wings + fries is a pretty good deal. They also have specials for two people that I would like to try one day. Would definitely give this place a try again

Mini Combo ($14.95) at Big Bone BBQ is not MINI, I was so stuffed after having that for lunch. 3 to 4 Bones (Not fall off bone tender but not dry and have great bite) Original Smoked Chicken Wings 1/2 lb (juicy and tender) or Smoked Pulled Pork (Soft and just have the right touch of BBQ Sauce) Fries (Crispy and Lightly seasoned) Coleslaw (Homemade, the sourness balanced out all these meat) Beans (more BBQ and Meat) Cornbread (I ate that as a pound cake, dessert anyone?) All "Smoking" delicious! I like how the meat were not soaked in BBQ sauce as sometimes that can be quite overwhelming. . The Cook/Waiter/Cashier is super friendly and nice. Always checking on us and making sure that we have everything we need. I still full... I think I am ready to take an afternoon nap.... dreaming about pigs...and chickens....Big Guys eating Racks of Ribs.... Maybe I should have ordered the Monday Madness ($25) that includes 1 Full Rack and 1 lbs of Wings plus Salad or Fries... Maybe next time...... when that Pink Pig calling my name or My Yelp Friend calling me for lunch?! Whatever!!!

Not huge-huge into BBQ and ribs life but Big Bone gave some big bones and were fair priced. The fella inside was nice enough to walk outside for a pseudo drive-thru type of deal when I was caught waiting in the truck for true social distancing.

Pulled pork combo with poutine(upsize) and coke. $9 Lunch special

worth giving a try! food was filling. I ordered alot.. got pulled pork lunch special ($9) upsized to poutine. i split this lunch with my sister and it was good portion. I ordered extea for dinner 3lb wings..i found the flavour wasnt anything different rhan what I could get at fortinos..but it was good none the less. The thai wasnt spicy like we hoped but the flavour was good enough. We got the beef ribs (full rack) flavour was yummy. it doesnt fall off the bone bexause its not pork for those wanting the falling off the bones effect lol.. but thats why u need to know when to go in and get the pork ribs.. (which wasnt available this day). but it was alot of food. they were nice enuff to give us alot of fries..small beans and cornbread. the beans are a little sweet..but very delicious. I enjoyed them. The cole slaw is tasty as well. in all.. its a nice to trt and see what flavours are for u. I will be coming here once in awhile..not for the wings (maybe i should have ordered a different flavour?). but ill come for the pulled pork, beans, fries and ribs. In all it was still delicious.

One of my favourite "go to" BBQ spots in the area. Portions are generous and good value for money. Highly recommend for excellent bbq!

However it was disappointing overall and not really worth the price point. One of the first thing was they don't even have sushi soy sauce for the sushi. They have wasabi and lots of different sauces. But apparently soy sauce for sushi was missing. That make no sense. In terms of the grilled meat. It was okay. But non of it was exceptional in its marinate. It was average and that is the whole thing about this meal. Nothing was terrible. But nothing was great either. And for the price point they have it. You expect good. Or at least above average. The service was the only good part. As they are very attentive and the servers do pay attention to when you need to switch at times. Outside of this. It is on my list of try once if you want. But not worth a return visit

Best bbq/ smoked meat I've had in a very long time. The…read moreribs had the house sauce, very good not too sweet or spicy. Both the brisket and pulled pork were very tender and flavourful. Only good quality meat tastes this good. The coleslaw was good . The secrete ingredient in the dressing was mango. Don't worry if you don't like mango. You don't taste it, it's just part of the background flavour and creates a flavour profile that is amazing. Same with the potato salad, tiny bits of mango in it, it just blends with all the other ingredients to create something really special. Service was excellent, I think it was the owner, but judging by the place, all the employees would be as knowledgeable and helpful, I diols mention, the wings. Very good, the honey garlic sauce dripped of onto the plater, I loved dipping the fries in it. We tried the hot honey on the side. Normally I don't like the spicy, but even with the kick it had, it was very good. The price point was very good. Even with the recent increases in price, it more affordable and higher quality than our regular spots closer to home. We had the feast for 2 for $75. It could have fed 1 or 2 more. We loved it. Cleanliness was excellent and exceptional. Looking in the kitchen, I've never seen a cleaner place. The only negative which is a positive for us. The sausages were not ready. My husband was disappointed, but it's good to know the food is that fresh and probably why the rest was so good and so fresh and flavourful. This is a place we will be coming back to and would recommend

Lamb sausage (daily meat) was good: very meaty & slightly spicy, with a nice spice mix. Cornbread was pretty good: moist enough & quite rich. Mac & cheese was good: nice breading, a bit firm & with a very rich & cheesy sauce. The washroom is surprisingly stylish.

La Parrilla is a small takeout restaurant that's big on flavours! The food is meticulously prepared…read moreto order fresh from the grill. What is the meaning of 'parrilla' you might ask? It's a traditional form of Argentinian barbecue on the open fire. I've tried Brazilian rodizio and Venezuelan arepas but that was near the extent of my Latin American foray so it was exciting to taste the cuisine at this hidden gem. The must-get menu item is their charcoal grilled chicken. It's sort of akin to Portuguese chicken but in comparison the meat here is more juicy and better seasoned. The half chicken is fall-off-the-bone tender with slightly smoky flavours, then even tossed in chimichurri sauce. Perhaps greasy yet each meaty bite is satisfying! Honourable mention also goes to their empanadas. A pretty sight: golden baked crust folds over the fresh beef filling, that might be even better by the dozen. And at their price point, I can see why guests generally agree La Parrilla is a 5-star visit. I ordered ahead and the food was ready for pickup upon arrival to avoid any wait. Owner Serge was friendly about offering an extra sauce on the side along with chimichurri tossed on the chicken. Definitely get that sauce, as it adds dimensions to the asado / grilled meat. It's not easy for family businesses to operate these days, so I applaud that La Parrilla charcoal churrasqueria continues to offer top notch food from this little plaza.

The worst part was the terrible service from the waiters; especially from this older man who was rude and disrespectful to the customers. To make it even worse, their prices are outrageous! Don't bother trying this restaurant, it will definitely not be worth your money!!!

The modern, chic decor sets a wonderful ambiance, and the service was immediate and welcoming. The food was spectacular from start to finish. We started with fresh, warm bread, followed by a flavorful seafood gumbo loaded with meat, and a generous portion of two lightly breaded crab cakes. For our mains, the 10oz ribeye and 8oz tenderloin were seasoned and cooked to absolute perfection--compliments to the chef! They came with a lovely side of baby potatoes and vegetables. We capped off a perfect meal with a warm pecan tart and ice cream. I highly recommend coming here. We noticed they have a pizza oven and plan to add pizza to the menu soon; we already can't wait for our next visit to try it out! There are specials that change weekly. The interior is decorated with New Orleans memorabilia, medium lit, cozy (not large), with jazz music in the background. Service was attentive and friendly. They operated for 30 years at their old location. This location soft-opened on 2026-02-12. We came on 2026-02-25 for dinner. There were still some furnishings to complete (there were unforeseen delays). They kept the same menu offerings but it will be expanded within a month. We ordered the following: 1. Citra Terre D'Abruzzo Pinot Grigio - Italy (glass $14.95). 2. Coke. 3. Crab Cakes ($19.95). 4. New Orleans Shrimp Cocktail ($19.95). 5. Jambalaya Aranchini (weekly special). 6. Blackened Lamb Chops (weekly special). 7. New Orleans Fisherman's Plate ($39.95). 8. Pecan Pie warmed with Ice Cream ($14.95). 9. Bananas Foster ($14.95). 10. Beignet ($14.95). Every dish had an excellent presentation. We spent a lot of time taking photos and videos. What did you expect from me?! We loved all the dishes! The portions were large! There are more staff than in the previous location, allowing the service to be excellent. They tend to have many loyal and returning customers. Every table starts with freshly baked bread and butter. The bread was so fresh! The three appetizers tasted good. They each had a little kick due to creole cuisine. I loved the shrimp the most. The Blackened Lamb Chops was perfectly cooked. Each of the four pieces were very tender, accompanied by a delicious sauce. The dish had some very nicely cooked seasonal vegetables: roasted potatoes, a red pepper, string beans, a broccoli, and a carrot. This dish will be put into their regular menu in the near future. The New Orleans Fisherman's Plate is great if you want a little sampling of their seafood: Blackened Fish, Cajun Calamari, and Coconut Beer Shrimp. It also comes with rice and seasonal vegetables. The fish was so good! We brought some home for my mom and she really loved it. The Coconut Beer Shrimp was on top of a Orange Marmalade Sauce, which is really liked. The three desserts looked really good and tasted good. I loved the pecan pie the most. They can split dishes in half in the kitchen and serve them on two dishes for two people to share. The restaurant uses fresh seasonal ingredients and spices to create authentic Creole and Cajun tastes. Everything is made in-house except for bread and butter. In the near future, their bread will be made in-house too. Currently, there is only indoor dining but they are looking into the possibility of sidewalk outdoor dining. Mike Djurdjevic runs the front of the house while his wife, Mira Djurdjevic, operates the kitchen. Their son, Marko, also helps in the front of the house. There is a large pizza oven at the back of the restaurant. They will be introducing creole pizza in the near future. There is a separate large room for events, parties, etc. This room will be ready in the near future. They also do catering. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but there is no door-open button. There is one gender-neutral washroom, which is also wheelchair accessible, and one female washroom. Thrre is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2026-037
