I brought home a little guy who was born right before Xmas 2025 and everyone, and I mean everyone, who has met him just thinks he's the cutest thing ever. Strangers, neighbors, people in stores, the vet and vet techs...everyone. He is mostly confident, he does startle sometimes with new loud sounds, but he stays put to see how I react. He does play hard w/ the 10 y/o corgi at my house, and also with my friend's two puppies, he really holds his own, but as puppies go, he's really calm (and I would say he was the most calm of his five siblings, based on the video I saw and Cathy's input). I would say they are as de-sensitized as they could be, after eight weeks (when we can adopt them). He is very sweet and very cute, and has been learning commands over the past few weeks (he is just coming up on 15 weeks old tomorrow). I hope to take him back to see Cathy and Mike the next time I get to PHX.

The way they train the puppies early on really helped them to feel that crates are a safe space. We were amazed at how little training it took us when we first got Luna. Luna was also desensitized by all the different sounds and she was so calm and happy when she came home with us. Cathy and Mike guided us throughout our first few weeks by recommending Baxter & Bella to help us prepare for our puppy. Cathy is always available for questions and she constantly updates her breeder recommendation page to keep us updated. Cathy also allowed us to come to visit anytime for Luna to see her parents again and play with the other Cotons! We are really grateful for everything Cathy and Mike recommended and have helped us throughout this year. I can't wait to one day get another puppy from them when Luna is a little older.

My experience was awful. I made an appointment. Spoke at length with the employee (I don't want to…read morename her) specifically about bringing my current dog to meet the available vaccinated puppies to make sure they were a good match. But when we got there, after almost an hours drive they turned us away at the door because "not all the puppies are vaccinated and they can't let in outside dogs in. I don't care what the rules are. In fact, thats a perfectly legitimate rule. My problem was I was told. More than once, that bringing my current dog was absolutely ok. Then they texted me trying to blame me for the mis information I was given. I have receipts via the text messages sent. Again, by all means keep the puppies healthy but make sure your employees are aware of you policies/procedures. plus IMO it felt very puppy mill from the doorway. My advice? Definitely go somewhere else.

I have my o.g. baby at home in CA, but one day, I will have another, and his name will be Kevin!! I made an appointment about an hour and a half before making my way to the Chandler location (they have another one in Tolleson). Hayden helped me out and got me set up in the play area. I looked around and didn't see the Malshi I saw online. She had to get him from the back room. When she handed him to me, I melted!!! I mean, just LOOK at that face! Who wouldn't?! I knew I'd leave feeling super sad and that's exactly what happened. =( From the moment I held him in my arms, he just laid there like a baby. No wiggling, no barking, just straight up chillin'! His fur was super soft and he smelled good, too! I stayed for about a half hour, and I fell real hard for this guy. Sadly, it was not meant to be since I don't have my own place yet. I'm not sure about the other reviews, stating that the puppies come from puppy mills, because all of the puppies I saw looked clean and healthy, and they are checked regularly by a veterinarian. In fact, before you take one home with you, the puppy needs to be cleared by the veterinarian, which is usually on Fridays. Hayden said once someone takes a puppy, their picture automatically gets taken down from their website. I knew this little guy wouldn't last. I checked yesterday and he was gone! =( I hope he went to a loving home! Puppyland offers financing options, but you can always pay in full as well. The employees were very friendly and informative. The place is clean and I like how they list the breeder underneath each puppy's picture on their website. I'm going to keep my eyes peeled just in case another Kevin pops up when the timing is right for me.
