Installation was clean and done fast have not had any problems with my system in my car

I spent a little over $6k plus I gave them a 21" DNA slightly used wheel and they gave me back my brand new road glide with issues and broken promises. Paid for an air ride (dirty air), progressive shocks up front, 23" fat spoke up front and matching rear with tires and an air breather + labor. Lou promised the air ride would be installed really nice with button controlled switches under the handlebars. Lou also said it would take 3-4 days to complete installation once the parts came in. Lou explained he needed the money upfront to order the parts. At the time he had 3 - 5 star reviews so I trusted him and gave him my money. For over a month I got excuse after excuse. It got to the point I was annoying with myself because I called him so much. Finally after calling basically everyday he said it was ready. I show up to get my bike and the wheels/tires were installed however, I ordered Dunlop tires and he gave me Shinko tires. The air ride was installed however, it was not installed the way Lou described/promised. Instead of this custom installation to have buttons to control the air ride he installed a half assed little switch next to the rear header. So if I want to raise/lower my bike I have to reach under the bike and hope I don't burn my hand if I try and use it. Also no air breather was installed. I was like wtf? Lou said "sorry bro I ordered the wrong one." After a month you just realized this? Lou said he just ordered the right one and it'll be there next week. I get on my bike that's now covered in dirt/dust and the tank is now empty. There was gas in it when I dropped it off. I go to ride it home and my ABS is flashing saying it doesn't work. I call Lou when I get home and he says bring it back in 2 weeks and he'll fix the bike and have my air breather. I go back 2 weeks later and Lou says it's a simple fix and should take 2 hours max to change the barrings that he believed would remedy the ABS not working. 9 hours later, he calls and says my bike is ready. I asked about the air breather he never got me, so he gave me $500 cash because he said "it never came in." I get 5 minutes into my bike ride home and the bike tells me ABS is not working in again. I took my bike somewhere else and they fixed everything in a few hours. Do not take your bike here. They are dishonest and you will regret doing business with them. read more

Louie lied to us said our bike would be done in 3 days no problem. $3100. dollars later. and over a month the bike still wasn't done. We wanted a new stereo put in and the speakers they put in the front were caved in and loose. They were also supposed to put a speaker kit in the back. They said after a month... oh we can't find one. you order it and we will put it in WTH? When we asked for a refund for the speaker kit and labor and time, we waited he gave us 125.00 Really ... What a rip off. And I had to ask multiple times for a refund, and he had an attitude with us. We drove the bike to a stereo shop, and they put the back speaker kit in over Nite. Yet you say you couldn't find one?? Whatever you do if you pick this business don't pay up front!!!! read more

So my uncle took his box Chevy to Louie an him an his crew did a amazing job on some custom door panels to hold 6" speakers the sound overall was loud an crystal clear ,after he fined tuned everything an added the preamp u could hear my unk from a block away this shop is straight custom make sure u stop by an check them out! I took my Harley to Big Boy Custom to be painted, have my speakers changed as well as my exaust pipe changed. For $6,000. I paid him upfront. I told Luis I wanted my bike painted pearl white. I asked several times to be shown the paint before it was put on my bike. I dropped my bike off at the begging of November and didn't get it back until February. When I got called to see my bike it was painted the wrong color and was all the way put back together. The exaust was not changed nor were any of the speakers he just unplugged the blown ones. He then removed my Stock Harley radio worth 2.000, and replaced it with a Sony without my permission and refused to return it to me as well as a $900 amp that I had on my bike already. He is a liar and takes advantage of female customers. His work isn't guaranteed. The wiring on my amp that he put in my fairing is so screwed up it blew the amp he put in and also the new one i bought to replace that. I have to get it all rewired and buy new speakers and amps. He refused to give me receipts for any of the work done on my bike. And is lying to everyone about the whole situation. read more
