2021 Ford Mustang GT Premium, Major suspension upgrade. I asked Nextdoor who had the secret sauce, among local companies, to handle all the little details, of a performance suspension installation. When Deals on Wheels got multiple, confident recommendations, I was intrigued. I hadn't considered them, while I was gathering all the parts. I called up Juan, and told him what I needed done. He had me in there, about a week later. It turns out this is where the new car dealers bring their cars to get them raised or lowered. There's every reason to have complete trust here. This was basically a total suspension replacement. I brought them new shocks, struts, springs, shock towers, all 4 front control arms, and most of the Steeda suspension catalog... sway bars, stop the hop kit-ultimate handling, Gtrac k-brace, camber plates, bump steer kit, and jacking rails. This is delicate, detailed work, and it all has to be torqued just right. I asked them to take their time and make it perfect. They did an amazing job, and of course the car's handling is completely transformed. Finally, let's talk about value. I assume dealers bring their cars here, so they don't have to pay $200 an hour to their own people. This kind of upgrade is a ton of work..24 to 30 hours easy. My car occupied one of their bays, for four days while they did this work, and I insisted my guy get paid straight time, for every minute he was touching my car. The price was so fair for all of that work, it made me feel a little teary-eyed. These guys are the whole package. Super reasonable prices, and super brilliant fingers. Was quoted a price by Jaime to install a new valve stem in one of my tires. Price was fair, so I brought the truck in when they opened and thirty minutes later it was ready. Jaime handed me the keys and said your truck is ready to go. I said let me pay you for that valve stem and Jaime said forget it, no charge. I received a response right away from the shop. When I scheduled the service online, there weren't any availability for same day service but Juan made it possible to check my vehicle and repaired the issue that day. Additionally, I was just going to drop off my car but I decided to wait for the diagnosis- need wheel bearing and tie rods replaced. I thought that I'd gotten a good deal. Then I found out the truth. The rims weren't for my truck. To make the rims fit they installed the TPCM wrong. I found that out when I had to replace the rims. I replaced the rims because when I had my routine maintenance performed they couldn't remove the rims to rotate them because the center cap screws were stripped. Mind you Deals on Wheels were supposed to order me "extra" screws I didn't know that the screws weren't extra but that I needed them because apparently they knew that the screws were stripped. I'm not a huge fan of yelp, but some businesses need it. I called this place on a recommendation from linex who did my truck bed. They did a great job. I wanted a leveling kit and new tires on my ram 2500 diesel truck as well as automatic steps. I called and gave them my trucks info as well as the brand and size of tires I wanted. I drove my truck up and dropped it off for the one day of work. They called me that day and tell me that my truck needed a relocation kit for the steps and they would need it another day. I left it overnight. Next day, they called and told me that I had given them the wrong wheel size and that they didn't have 12 ply tires for my truck. I never gave them my wheel size and they never asked. They are stock wheels. They said it would be 2 more days or I could take another brand they had. I told them to go ahead. Then they charged me 400 extra for the tires. When I went to pick it up, my TPMS was all jacked up and tire pressure between the tires was off by over 10 lbs from tire to tire. I took it to another shop by my work and they pulled the tires off next morning and had 4 that I'd asked this place for delivered in under an hour. Shady place. read more

From the moment I called and spoke with the owner Juan, to today when I had new wheels and tires put on.... I couldn't be happier! Juan took the time to meet with me, pick out new wheel and tire options and kept me updated by text as to when they'd be delivered. He was always available by text and responded super quickly! Even though I was hoping to have them done last Friday, we just can't control when items will be delivered. They arrived yesterday and today at 945am they showed me the new ones which I love! In less than an hour the old wheels and tires were off, the new ones put on with new tire sensors and locks and they boxed up my old ones and put them in the car for me.
