When I reached out they were great partners in creating the project and went above and beyond to find resources to ensure we were accurate to the source material. The project turned out better than we could have expected. They worked quickly with great care. Their attention to detail was amazing. They added a small piece of decal to extend the graphic to the inner door that just blew our minds. It was the smallest detail that didn't need to be included but because it was, it added a lot to the project. They took great care with the vehicles and the panels that needed to be removed and replaced. No sign that anything came apart, other than graphics that extend into the vehicles to look like they were manufactured that way. All of this work at a very good value. We recently wrapped our model Y at big boy wraps and have been very pleased with the outcome as well as the service. Rigo took the time to explain things to us as far as the process of wrapping the car and after care. There is a six month labor warranty and they are very good about honoring it. A few days after picking the car up we noticed the wrap on the passenger side mirror was not flat. We took it in and they fixed it within a few hours. I had also pointed out a scratch on the hood which they were unable to repair and they graciously rewrapped it. The car is beautiful and we've received many compliments! They also offer military discounts! When taking our deposit Rigo noticed my Navy Federal credit card and asked if we had served and immediately gave us a discount! read more

Excellent quality of work. These guys really know their stuff and go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. You really get the sense that they have alot of pride in their work and don't want anything leaving their shop that doesn't live up to their standards. I told them the idea I had and the mock up and design they showed me far exceeded my expectations. I feel like their prices are fair compared to other places I've checked out. I never feel like I'm getting ripped off. I asked if they carried any cheaper materials than 3M or Avery but they told me that they won't use cheaper materials because they won't last as long and can damage your OEM paint. The turnaround time is what it is but for the quality and care that you're getting it's worth it. read more

This is a great company if you have special requests or those hard jobs. Prices are reasonable for the amazing quality. I got new signs for my shop, which required a boom, they went ahead and did all the measurements printed everything and installed with no hassle. NOT IMPRESSED! I decided to use Big Boy wraps cause they could fit me in within a tight deadline for a car event. I just needed a front bumper rewrap... They said if I dropped it off early they'd probably get to it before hand, they didn't but that didn't matter to me to much. I picked up the bumper 2 days before I had to leave and there was a bunch of corners that were pealing. Not just that but they never even reached out to me to let it know it's done. For me that's not the main issue. It's been 5 days and the wrap is already pealing and bubbling terribly. Over priced for crummy work, all in all not impressed whatsoever. You're better of learning it yourself than by paying these guys astronomical amounts. $600 for 1 bumper, I took it upon myself to take the of wrap off, clean, and clay bar it for them. Still turned out trash. Save your money and go somewhere else read more

I actually had no idea what I was looking for when I first contacted them, and Rigo was patient with me, which I appreciated. I went to him with an idea and he was able to make my idea even better. Love this place!! They are very professional and took their time answering my questions and explaining the different options I had. I chose a color I wanted to accent wrap my Tesla but instead of just agreeing with my choice, they insisted on cutting off a small piece and taping it to my car out in the sun. Yuck, it was too dark and I'm glad I got to realize that before having it done. We went through about 6 different colors like this (that they had in stock), and I finally found "The One". I'm not very confident in my car accent designing ability and was afraid of getting too much done, so they suggested I just get the Tesla logos done on the front and back (for a reasonable price), then I could always come back for additional accenting. When I returned to get my car, I saw that they had added partial accents on my door handles and the top of my side cameras on their own - - and it looks great! It was just the perfect amount to compliment my car, without looking gaudy. ALL AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. If I didn't like it, they would have readily removed it, but they just thought it would look better, and they were right. It's nice to know they cared more about creating a perfect finished product than getting more money from me. That says a lot about their work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction. I am now considering getting PPF on my car. If I do, I will definitely use Big Boy Wraps! read more

They wrapped my 2006 Yukon Denali long story short they forgot to wrap pieces of the car before giving back then said it didn't get wrapped because they didn't think it was that "noticeable " on top of that a month after getting wrapped the wrap is already peeling off around the door handles and and all over the front fenders for paying almost 4K to get this car suv wrapped i am annoyed I would not recommend big boy wraps to anyone read more

So had a project setup and it seemed to be going great price was good, design came out right, then comes install time. Delay after delay even the guaranteed next week and when I call to get a time now it's pushed past Christmas so I had to cancel to find someone else. I threw a surprise birthday party for my sister and had ordered a backdrop from an online company. When I checked on the status of my order the day before the expected delivery, it said it was in production. I contacted the online company to see if they were going to get my order to me the next day as my order stated. Long story short, they said it would probably be more like Monday rather than Friday as they promised and was not interested in coming up with a solution to meet the Friday delivery. The party was for Saturday so Monday would be too late. I cancelled the order and immediately started googling printing companies to make a backdrop in 24 hours. I found Big Boy Wraps and explained my situation to Rigo. Rigo was very helpful in steering me to some design options to recreate my original selected design with the online company. It was late Thursday that I contacted Rigo and he said he would do it for me if I could come in the next morning so he could design it and get it going. He told me he didn't have the type of material I wanted for a wider backdrop but he mentioned he had a 4.3 ft wide type of material that he uses for wraps and he could print on the matte side so there wouldn't be a glare from the flash photos that would be taken in front of it. I came in Friday morning and as he promised it was ready at the end of the day. Everyone loved it! I told my sister she could take off the backing and put it on her wall afterwards if she wanted to as Rigo mentioned. Thank you Rigo for saving the day and fitting me in your schedule! I usually don't post reviews but felt I needed to in your case. True customer service. The second review I post will be for the online company that can't keep a commitment and has no clue about customer service. I will definitely use Big Boy Wraps again if the need arises and will refer others to you. You rock Rigo! read more
