I don't have enough great things to say about this business. I've not only had Christopher design multiple logos for me (which i have been thoroughly impressed by) but they have provided excellent customer service and speedy delivery. This is the advantage (for anyone wondering) of why it is much better to find and develop amazing business relationships with people over random online companies it's one of the main reasons in that you can create real and genuine relationships with people that you can continue to cultivate as the years go by. I've had a handful of embroidered shirts made all at great quality. There was one time that i accidentally forgot to order shirts until the week of and they were still able to come through with an order. Chris has always been extremely helpful and honest as he gives solid deadlines and sticks to them. If i had an issue with anything (as for a logo we designed once) he was able to provide multiple revisions with a handful of options until i was able to get the design I truly wanted. Got connected with J&D through one of our 4wd club members when we were shopping around for custom hats. We had had a few unpleasant experiences with the last few companies we worked with and J&D put those worries to rest. I ordered my daughter a jacket for her high school. I emailed Dennis and got a speedy response. I called him the next day with additional questions. He was nice and helpful. Later that day, I went in person to order the jacket. He was attentive and helped us in making a decision on which size jacket to order. It was suppose to be ready on Oct. 8. Not a happy customer. Brought an item in and was told 1 week since I specifically asked. My daughter and I left and even had a conversation walking to the car with me explaining to her why it would take a week (kids they want things now lol). So 1.5 weeks later I call. VERY abrupt on the phone and said it won't be ready for another 4 days. Said "I always say 2 weeks, 99% of the time I say 2 weeks". Since I had specifically asked turn-around I know for 100% certainty I was told a week. Was very rude about it. I will pick up my child's item Monday and not do business here again. It was my second time there since I try to shop local and support local businesses in our community. I will not be back. read more

I will never do business with these people again and I will never refer anybody to them. I try to keep all my business in Martinez. I will make an exception with this business. A jacket was ordered by a clerk there so that I could try it on for size. She assured me that they could find a jacket to fit me. The jacket came in and did not fit. 2 weeks later the owner called me to come to purchase the jacket. I explained the situation to him. He became very rude and told me, in a very threatening voice, that they were not in the business of 'just ordering stuff'. On another occasion, the daughter was behind the desk. She ignored me until I finally said, 'excuse me, can you help me?'. It was all she could do to look up from her computer. She was rude and patronizing. I have done business with them before and had no problem, after these interactions, NEVER. read more

Extremely rude service. They do not answer their phone nor return messages. No hours are posted on their website. They gave me 2 weeks for my item of 3 letters to be embroidered. 2 1/2 weeks went by and because they didn't answer the phone I drove to the shop only to find my item still sitting there. Young man was simply rude. I had to sit and wait for him to complete it or come back. I have used others for embroidery work but unfortunately they were out of town. JD was twice the price of past embroidery work for fewer letters. Never will use them again. read more
