What wasn't fair was how everything else was handled. I was quoted $23 for a box, which I later found out included Styrofoam packing and "labor." When I said I'd just pack it myself, the employee asked if I brought tape. When I said no, he told me they charge $2.99 just to use their tape. Meanwhile, the employee next to him was taping up boxes for other customers for free, which made the whole situation even more confusing and frustrating. I asked for the cheapest shipping option to New Jersey and was told it would be $40. I double-checked multiple times to see if there was anything cheaper and was told no. At that point, I was looking at nearly $70 total just to ship a small package, which didn't sit right with me. I decided to walk out and come back another time with my own box. The next day, I went to a different UPS Store and got a box and shipped the same package for just under $30. less than half of what I was quoted here. This place felt like it was full of upsells and unnecessary add-ons, especially from the older gentleman who was helping me. I'd strongly recommend double-checking every charge if you end up here. I'll be honest, I already knew this location had a reputation for long lines and poor customer service, but I was in a pinch. Lesson learned. There are much better UPS Stores out there. I will NEVER come back to this location.

And try requesting for a Ups sleeve to put in a printed mailing label, she'd say Ups does not give those out. Something went wrong at Ups employee training school when they skipped customer service and reasonableness. I can go to other delivery stores and skip this Ups store.

The manager (I assume) printed on recycled paper, both labels on the same sheet then proceeds me to charge 1.50 for printing services. 75 cents per sheet is ridiculous (except it was just 1 sheet with both labels on them). Pricing on the wall says otherwise and should be significantly less. The manager then proceeds me to ask me if I have my packages with me, I said no. I'd rather not give him the privilege to mail off packages to say there is volume and need for a mailnmore in Benicia.

I went in and asked the associate (Santa) if she had a flash drive I could borrow cause I had my laptop with me. Can you set unfortunately?I would have to buy one, but she did one better. She showed me how I could print directly to their machines by emailing it to printandgo@fedrx.com. now I don't have to put all my files from my computer on a flash drive or carry my laptop around because I didn't have a flash drive. One of the 2 files was having trouble on their self serve machines and Santa was very kind and helped me and printed it from her computer with the code I was provided by print and go. Plus I just sent the files from my phone. This made my life so much easier. Now that I don't have to deal with a flash drive I'm definitely not buying another printer for home (pain in the @$$).
