Never, never, never!!! have I had such an amazing experience with a printer. First of all, Heron is a dream to work with. I could easily say, "Heron, I need this really complicated print job that will definitely take you a while, but don't worry, I don't need it for two weeks", and I guarantee you, I would have the proofs the next day. In addition, I've made some mistakes on a couple of things and (before the end print), I've asked to make changes. Past printers would not be thrilled (I get that, of course.) Heron has made sure the changes have taken place and sends the proofs of the changed docs immediately. I "designed" a holiday card, and I might be good at a few things, but design is not one of them. I submitted to Heron, asking if he could print the card, which I had submitted in Word! Not only did he print the card, but he really spruced it up and made it look so much better (he, of course asked me to approve it first.) The recent holiday appeal that I gave to him, which was a fundraising letter that was segmented into various groups and due to drop in mailboxes on December 5th, is going to be finished, most likely, by early next week. That will probably be almost two weeks ahead of schedule. Finally, their pricing is unreal! It is often half the cost of other printers I've used, but the quality is the same excellent quality that more expensive printers have done. If you haven't used them, use them! And ask for Heron. He is the absolute best! read more

My experience with PDQ Printing this week was very unsatisfactory. Basically, I was ignored. I worked with Lacey Berg, the owner of the company, to print invitations to a 60th wedding anniversary party. Lacey was pleasant and knowledgeable at our initial meeting. She made helpful suggestions and promised a quick turn-around. She invited me to send the data files to her by e-mail. But then she did not reply to my e-mail messages and did not return my phone call. I was forced to make a trip to her office in order to get her attention. Then the day that she promised the job would be ready, I arrived to find that the envelopes were back-ordered. She had not bothered to call or e-mail me to let me know. When the order was finally ready it was incomplete. Lacey Berg made it pretty clear that customers aren't important to her. She didn't respond to my e-mails or phone call, she didn't let me know that the job would be delayed, and she didn't get the job right. I would never give this company my business again. read more

After MANY successful printing jobs and other design projects, I would not choose any other printing company. All of my printing and design needs were done in the most professional, timely manner, while priced very reasonably. They are experts in what they do and I trust them completely with choosing paper type, thickness, quality, etc. Example: 48 hours prior to my wedding, my wedding planner asked me to give her the programs for my guests so she could look over them. I had completely forgotten to design or print them! So I called Lacey at PDQ in a panic, emailed her all of my information, and they literally designed my wedding program within 12 hours, emailed me back the proof to review, and had them printed within 24 hours. The programs turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I couldn't have been happier with the results. Needless to say, my experiences with PDQ have been nothing but positive.
