Paid an absurd amount of money for one of their top washes (included tire wash/shine) as you can…read moresee - my tires looked worse than before going. This wash requires you to physically wash your vehicle before going through the wash (if you want your vehicle to look good) - the only thing that this place is good for, is washing the suds off of your vehicle after pre scrubbing it with their "pre bug wash". In addition, this company has recently reduced the options that you receive per wash while increasing the pricing - add that in with the quality. You might as well hand wash at your house. Not worth it. As for the service, the guys are great and straight shooters - they'll voice their concerns, such as: reducing options / raising prices, quantity or lack of, etc. That said, the employees treat the customers very well. Always have supplies stocked, and are quick to answer any questions. Note: if your intentions are to clean the inside of your vehicle (floor mats, windows, interior, etc.) and you're not necessarily concerned with the exterior, buy the cheapest wash, and take advantage of their free vacuums, free floor mat cleaners, free window wash - this is where the $12.00 pays off. More of a hassle free than getting everything out at your own house. As mentioned above, if you're going for an actual wash, I wouldn't pass up, and find another place. 2 stars for the interior cleaning options.

I just had the worst customer satisfaction experience EVER at Blue Team Hand Car Wash…read more I was promised a free interior cleaning because your team missed cleaning the rear inside of my car. When I spoke to a representative earlier in the week, he confirmed that they would indeed clean the interior for free. When I showed up this morning the manager on duty stated "good luck with that!" and further stated there was no way that he was going to give me a free cleaning and was downright rude. He would not discuss it, cut me off, and sent me off. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. Just absolutely hated this very rude and unprofessional exchange. Tom Griffiths

I had my Ford F150 detailed at Team Blue. The detail was exterior and interior detailing and with…read moretax and tip it cost $327.54. While I was satisfied with the interior, other that having the cloth seats still soaking wet when I sat down, the exterior detailing was NOT to my expectations; in fact, it was unsatisfactory!!! The exterior detailing was supposed to include Clay Bar process applied to the exterior and waxing of the entire vehicle. I have experience doing the process having done so on a car. The purpose of the process is to remove deeply embedded contaminants, such as industrial fallout, brake dust, and road grit, that a regular car wash can't remove, resulting in a smooth, contamination-free paint finish. If done, the process did not achieve the stated purpose. Small dark spots and pine sap remained on the hood, side panel, and tailgate. And, although minor issue, a dried pine sap remained on the windshield which was easily removed when pointed out to the staff. When I pointed out the dark spots and pine sap a staff member removed the dried pine sap from the windshield and attempted to remove the spots and pine sap from the paint. He used a spray and a cloth in failed attempts to remove issues I pointed out. His response it that they didn't have the ability to use anything stronger on the paint. Here's a news flash! All they need to do is go to the CVS store right next to Team Blue and purchase some basic Isopropyl Alcohol and use a microfiber rage to dissolve the pine sap and black spots; it took me 15 minutes to remove every spot and pine sap dropping on the truck. Disappointed and NOT satisfied with Team Blue's service & question if I should ever go back for any service!!!
