They offer shampooing as well which is great because as a customer I like options. They had a great special going on at the time. The owner, employee, and secretary are very kind and curtious with me every time I deal with them. I have never had any problems with the service or any problem with them for that matter. When I call they pick up or get back to me right away. Their 24/7 service is awesome, had a major leak in my house around 11pm and they rushed over to help out with my soggy carpet. I actually had to call these guys to come out and finish cleaning and drying my carpet properly after I had already paid another well known company here in Alice to do so, so these are my go to guys. I told them that I would pick it up on Thursday since my company would arrive on Friday. When I dropped it off, it had been my third attempt to do so. Each time I went to their office/store they were not there. This was during normal business hours that anyone would expect a business to be open, not during a lunch time, not before 9 am or after 5 pm, but each time the door was locked and the open sign was off. There are no posted hours of business. Furthermore, I had called and left a message days before stating that I was standing outside their business at 3pm on a Friday and that it was my second time to try to drop off my rug. I never received a return phone call. I finally was able to drop off the rug on the following Tuesday and the owner proceeded to verbally abuse his secretary right in front of me. When I went on Thursday to pick it up, they were closed yet again after I specifically told them that I needed it on that day. After asking repeatedly what their hours of operation were, I still have not gotten an answer, I was told to call the secretary on her cell phone to make sure she was there. After calling repeatedly on the cell phone which she never answered, I went to the store to see that it was again locked up during what anyone would assume would be a reasonable business to function. I finally called the main number and got an answer, she was locked inside, not answering her phone, nor answering knocks on the door. I had to load up my own heavy rug because this little old lady was the only one there and then she said my bill had to be paid in cash and they were no longer accepting credit/debit cards. I told her that I would come pay it later in cash since I was already behind and my company was on its way. Paying for the cleaning was a repeat of previous experience, calling, stopping by, etc. It took me a week to be able to come by with cash because they were never there, not answering phones, etc. I tried to give them another chance since the secretary kept telling me that she had been in the hospital and had been sick, so I left another rug with them to be cleaned, they at least do a good job of cleaning. It has been several weeks and they still have it and I have not been able to pick it up. I do not recommend using this place, they do not know how to run a business without pissing people off.

On July 1st unemployee picked up two pieces of brass off my trailer during an offload after I said he could leave them there. I was told by him that he could not leave them on the trailer because they had already been offloading it and he had already picked them up by hand. When I went to the front office to get paid I asked the question , why wasn't I allowed to bring brass or any other metal from my trailer to the front to send it. I was told that metals need to be separated prior to offload. I understood that and said okay. On July 2nd I went to offload again only this time the young man that had picked up the brass pieces for my trailer was there by the machinery doing offloads. I reversed into position an then was immediately yelled at. I was told by him, is there anything in your Fucking trailer that you still want cuz I don't want you going to the front and calling me a fucking thief again. This immediately bothered me. So I got off my truck and told him he wasn't going to speak to me that way. That I had never called him a f****** thief. I tried to explain that I had merely asked a question. And would have told him I was okay with the response I got and understood.. But now he get in my an said, Don't you know I can reject your f****** load if I want to. This is where I got completely upset and told him to reject the f****** load and to go f*** himself. I left back to the front office.. I explained the situation to the lady at the window and after a few minutes they asked me if I wanted to continue my offload that I would be okay. That the worker wouldn't be there and that they weren't going to tolerate that kind of behavior. So I unloaded and as I was leaving after being paid I was told that the manager specifically said for me not to come back without him finding out what had happened first. I agree. There was also another employee there that had seen and heard the entire confrontation and agreed with me that it was the other employee who started it and jumped me right off the bat. So when I called an asked if I could sell some can't an stuff. I was told okay until I tried to offload an was told I'm band from selling metal at Wilkinson's junkyard in Alice. The manager never even spoke to me or got my side of what happened. He simply banned me which I believe is not right. His employee cussed me out threatened me intimidated me and tried to make me feel afraid for asking questions and I'm the one that gets banned.. so for all of you that decide to sell to them be careful what you say be careful what you ask and if an employee attacks you verbally but you really need to feed your family I guess you're going to have to take it or else the manager will run you off too.
