The service was for 3 days . I have a rescue Golden retriever and a shitzu . They never contacted me at all over the 3 days .. I called 8 times and emailed them . they never returned my calls . I had to have someone come and check to make sure they were here feeding my dogs . 2. the crated my dogs together in a crate that I NEVER EVER told them to do . They did not dispense the snacks I left on the counter for the dogs . They felt they should only get what THEY FELT they should get , not what I asked they to give them . I finally received an email from them at 6:30pm on Sunday (after I had told them I would be home at 6PM) Telling me She was too busy with other animals and her AVON to send me updates or answer my calls. I was 7 hours away . and trusted these people . Instead I was stressed and had the police watching my home .
