We wanted to convert a tub/shower to a walk-in shower. The company is from Canon City, Colorado. Conner came out and did the measurements and put the entire estimate together, to include all of the measurements, and a materials list required for their part of the job. We feel we got great value for our money as the installation is nothing short of FABULOUS!!! The installers Anthony and Cody are pros in their own right!!! They kept the work areas clean from the front door where the supplies were brought in and the spotless clean up at the end of the work day. They prepared the work area for the tile layers to include tub and tile removal, toilet removal, installed new rough in at appropriate elevation for the on/off valve, and prepped the drain for a custom tile shower. After the tile was installed, the process came back to Johnny's Plumbing and Hydronics Co. to install the shower head, on/off valve, drain, and reinstall the toilet. It was my first plumber need since moving to the springs so I used Yelp to blast out a few messages. I think I sent the messages at around 7am and Lindsey with Bluebird was calling me within 30 minutes. They were able to get me on the schedule for end of day and Dathan called around noon saying he could come early. He was quick, friendly, and was able to troubleshoot the problem. It's a simple gesture, but him showing up and putting shoe covers on before coming through the house was appreciated. He gave my wife a few options for how he could fix the problem. He had same day options, later in the week, and even gave some recommendations on toilet changes since she told him we wanted to get a new one. Hiring a plumber is never fun or cheap but I felt like the diagnostic fee was fair especially for being able to come out within 5 hours of me reaching out. I hope we don't need them again soon, but I'll be going straight to them next time the need arises.

Then they told be that my vent on top had a "stuck" flap that needed repair and they could do the "whole job" for $500 ! I subsequently called another company and they came out and took pictures. There is no flap up there at all !!!!! The new company measured the air flow and it was good. Duct Brothers is a fraud! Do not fall for their upselling at preposterous prices.

He came over that afternoon and helped make a temporary 'catchment' to catch and direct the leakage to a floor drain. That was Friday On Saturday, he called to tell us that he had found a replacement cistern, 'though it was larger than the existing one. We agreed to use it. Monday, Fred and his crew arrived to remove the existing cistern and replace with the new one. the estimate was that that would be done by Monday evening and they would return Tuesday to do the plumbing interface, Getting the old tank out and the new in was an exercise in adaptive geometry! They succeeded, and by Monday evening had completely restored the system to use! I can recommend WW+ without reservation if you need Well/cistern/delivery system help. I actually am a 'rocket scientist' and could not have done the job at all, let alone so well!
