My initial review:…read more Hello. I've had my previous two oil changes done at your shop. The last time, estimating May-unsure exactly, there was a leak following the oil change. I brought it back and a "new, bigger," plug was placed in order to stop the leak. It continued to drip intermittently. Yesterday, I took my van to the local Honda dealer here in Rapid City. When the techs went to remove the plug, the threads broke off. They were not able to get the plug back in, without leaking. I had to leave my car there, since it won't hold oil. Now I have to get a new oil pan installed, to the tune of $900. This is not okay. How will you remedy this? Thank you. The response: Hello Jory, we are so sorry to hear about the stressful situation with your van and the unexpected expenses you encountered. We want to thoroughly investigate the details of your prior visits, so please send a direct message to CustomerCare@FullSpeedAutomotive.com. We genuinely hope you will give us another opportunity down the road to show you our true standard of care.Hello Jory, we are so sorry to hear about the stressful situation with your van and the unexpected expenses you encountered. We genuinely hope you will give us another opportunity down the road to show you our true standard of care. Update: I've sent four emails to the email address listed above as instructed, per Stacy. I've received no responses. I've also sent two messages to the shop itself, via the "contact us" tab. Clearly this Grease Monkey doesn't care.
