They "checked it" and told us the oil filter housing needed to be replaced. My husband got the part and when he got under the car to fix it, that wasn't even the problem! Nothing was wrong with the oil filter housing. Idiot at the oil place didn't TIGHTEN the drain plug on the bottom to hold the oil in!! My husband could tighten it BY HAND, it was that loose. Luckily a cancellation occurred so it worked out in my favor. I felt so bad because they're doing construction down my entire street and he had to work with all that commotion. Let me tell you it didn't stop him from doing an amazing job on my hoopty. He showed up around 1:30 and didn't finish until a little after 4, it goes to show that this man takes his work seriously. I didn't take any before photos but trust me when I say that my car was filthy inside and out. It smelled like corn chips (credit given to my dog) and had dog hair all in the back seat.
