They were nice and patient with me each time I called and always answered promptly. We went out to get everything out of my car and they provided a cart to put things in and Jason was so nice and stayed a little late to make sure we were all set and had me sign the release form to my insurance. When I called to switch to the other driver's insurance, they did it with zero issue. When my car was finally towed to Caliber, I received a call letting me know! I also wanted to add that I am not sure if the tow truck driver who picked up my car after my accident works for Rocha's, but he was also so nice and patient while I waited for my boyfriend to get me. My car was dead, but he was able to get all four doors open so I could at least crawl in and get some stuff from the back.

Dropped it to the dealership location within an hour and a half of leaving my house. Sent me pictures of my vehicle, fully delivered. this was my first time having to ever call a tow company. The experience was fantastic. I would absolutely use his service again and again, and I would refer him to anybody that I know. I trusted his service. I trust his timing. I called QUICK TOW LLC early in the morning, around 6:17 AM, using their 24-hour number. The person…read morewho answered sounded like he was half asleep. I even asked if I should call back later, but he said, "No." I explained clearly that I needed a tow for my car and specifically did NOT want a flatbed, as I've towed this car before and know it requires a dolly to be towed safely. He told me the driver wouldn't be in until around 6:30 or so, but assured me they've hauled Ferraris and other exotic cars before and knew what to do. So, I trusted him and waited. At about 7:15 AM, I received a text saying they were 15 minutes away, and true to their word, they showed up on time -- with a flatbed. The driver himself was very professional and polite. I explained my concerns again and told him I've had this exact issue before where flatbeds couldn't tow the car without damage. The driver worked to line up the car, but after checking, he came over and said the spoiler would definitely hit. At that point, I asked him not to tow it. He was understanding, apologized, and even suggested a few other companies that might be able to help. The frustrating part is that the driver wasn't told that I needed a dolly. When he called the office, the same gentleman -- now fully awake -- admitted they don't even have trucks with dollies. This was a complete waste of time and easily avoidable. If the person who answered my call had actually listened when I explained my needs, we wouldn't have gone through this whole mess. The driver gets five stars for professionalism, but the communication and dispatch side of QUICK TOW LLC really dropped the ball here.

It was 4 pm in an August afternoon, there was very little shade around so we really didn't want to wait that long. We called Blue Angel. They said they could come by in 25 mins, which they came pretty close to that. We understand the truck driver probably had to fight 4 pm traffic somewhere. The guy who jumped start our car was really helpful and friendly. We thought our car battery needed replacement but he said he checked and it looked okay. He also checked the alternator and they also looked okay. Very nice guy. I hope our car never needed to be towed again anytime soon. But if it did, we'd call Blue Angel again!

So l called out whoever was behind the phone for Blue Angel and they admitted to cancelling after having FIRST said my insurance did and basically it's my insurance's fault for not updating.
