Also, she said it might be a couple weeks to get to it, This was after I got it off my truck. If she had told me that on phone I wouldn't have brought it here. Anyway, I called back two weeks later and they haven't done nothing to my 4 wheeler. She said that there were a lot of customers ahead of me. She goes to argue with me what a "couple " means. However, another couple weeks go by, that means 2 and they finally call me and say it is ready. I will never do business here again. I promise you that. I rather go to Batesville, Olive Branch or even Chattanooga that come here because of how they treated me, I called another Honda dealer and they said if I go get it and bring to them, they will have it ready within 2 or 3 days. So, I rather do business with another dealer that come here. I received better customer service there.

They were willing to work on the phone with the dealer in New York, solved the problem by taking direction from the dealer in NY, and even asked the dealer in NY what he thought would be a fair price to charge me!! I recently took my motorcycle to Village Cycle Center after it had been submerged in a lake for…read moreapproximately five minutes. Prior to this incident, the bike had no issues. I brought it in immediately so they could flush it out and ensure everything was in working order. During the process, it appears they removed the exhaust to clear the water, which understandably triggered the O2 sensor and a check engine light. However, when I asked about the light, I was told they did not know the cause. It wasn't difficult to conclude that the O2 sensor was the likely reason. Later, they contacted me and said the bike needed new spark plugs. I authorized that repair without issue. The following day, they called again and stated that my wiring harness was rusted and nonfunctional, and that it would cost $2,000 to repair. I declined. When I picked up the bike, it ran perfectly unlike they had said. Upon inspection, I found no rust or wiring harness issues, and the only ECU code was a o2 sensor that like I said earlier they said they have new clue why the engine light is on. Additionally, I noticed several screws and bolts were missing from my plastics, which had not been reinstalled properly. In short, the bike is running well despite the shop's claim that it required a costly wiring harness replacement, and it was returned to me with missing hardware.

I called Chad and he said the clutch has a warranty of only 30 days. He told me to send pictures,which I did. Here in Ca. people don't install an expensive part like that and spend the next 30 days running it to see if it will fail. Most people here go on vacations when they can get time off from work. I would even be satisfied with being sent replacement parts to repair the clutch. I picked out the one I wanted online and shared with them an email. This was Saturday morning. Later that same morning Brad Trusty (Awesome salesman) contacted me and shared that he had one and informed me that my financing was approved. He was the best sales person I have ever worked with. Saturday afternoon the bike was ready for pickup. I arrived at around 3:45 pm and they close at 4:00 pm on Saturday. I walked in the door and "BAM!" They had all paper work ready for me to sign, the bike was sitting out in the front and was ready to load. Before 4:15 pm all paperwork was signed, bike was loaded and I was back in the road and just couldn't wait to get it home to play in the snow. If you are in the market for the best machine you will ever own and looking for a dealer who will go out of there way to please there customers, look no further.
