I like this Honda dealership. I will probably buy an ATV from them another day. While I like my 2014 Honda Recon, I wished I had bought an ATV with 4 wheel drive, power steering and automatic. The salesman and owner were very professional. I felt comfortable talking to them. Yes, I will be back. They have reasonable prices on parts too compared to other motorcycle dealerships I have talked to. Yes, I can deal with this business as it is not too far from where I live. read more

Myself and 2 friends went to the this location and purchased ATV's. One of the ATV's within the first week the front wheel fell off due to having the wrong lug nuts installed also the back wheel was missing 2 lugs. This not only could've caused a terrible accident or death however left my son-in-law stranded in the woods in the rain for 4 hours. Had to return the ATV to have new wheels installed due to damage. During pickup we asked the dealership to make things right by simply offering a speaker and was told they would contact us back. No contact has been made. Had plans to make another purchase in the upcoming months however I will be visiting a different dealership. This is poor customer relations and obviously negligent service. I was sure hoping the new ownership would be better than the previous however that is not the case. read more

Picked up my new 2024 Kawasaki Mule yesterday morning. Got it home and started going over everything to familiarize myself with it, air filter, oil filter, dipstick locations, etc. I found that the screw-in cap on the back of the transmission, where you check fluid level and add fluid, was loose and there was fluid residue on the frame. Took it back to them, 60 mile round trip, and had them top it off and ride it to be sure it was o'k. It's brand new and I don't have the trans fluid/gear oil. After that experience my perception is that they don't check anything over before it goes out the door. You know, fluids, kick the tires and check the air in them, lug nuts, etc. Then after reading many bad reviews on here that go back six years, and the GM's same old apologies time after time, they haven't fixed any of their bad service/personnel problems. Needless to say I won't take it to Big Delta Powersports for any future service. read more

My parents took their Polaris in for service. When they picked it up and paid their bill they were told the parts that it needed were not put on and they would need to bring it back. On the bill they were charged for parts and labor. I don't understand why the parts were not put on while they had the Polaris. When the service manager Michael was contacted he said he would look at their bill and see if an adjustment could be made due to the price of gas and them having to bring it back to them for service that should have been done the first time. It has been over 2 weeks and no phone call. When my parents called to ask about it all that was said is , I'll print the bill and have so and so look at it and call you back today. That was 3 days ago and still no phone call. Not a good way to treat return customers read more
