It's worth every penny. The vacuum they use is unlike any other and is certainly an investment on their part. Given that I've only started traveling w a dog in the back for the last 5 years... they removed every single pet hair. There's been several times I've asked other people to see if they can clean the dirt and hair on the ceiling of the car and the usual response is "we can see what we can do, but it's usually really hard." That's no probably for Austin and his crew. This place stands out from all of the places I've been! I've had my car detailed at the other local spot in town and now that I've found Cooley Mesa Detailing, I'm paying the extra bucks to get the meticulous work and attention to detail done!

It is pretty straightforward, can you swipe your card and it charges you based on the time you spend. All of the options--from prewash, to soak, to wash, to clear coat, to rinse--Are available, although there didn't seem to be an option to dry. My only gripe is that the water immediately shuts on when you turn the dial on the main controller. So just be aware of that before selecting the option you want. It's a black truck with a graphene coat so I only foam, spray, then do the no spot spray. The per soak foam was very low pressure and not very foamy at all. It came out in spurts , 1/4 do the amount I'd expect, with little foam.. the pressure rise was very high pressure and the spray guns are easy enough to use, on to the final step, the no spot wash. Well from the constant pressure l it didn't seem like anything switched and I drove off after rising it down. Got to Aspen and I had spots all over my truck. Bait and switch. Not a lot of options in the area but next time I'll do the touch less wash outside the aspen air port and hope for better

Paid several hundred dollars for the detail work but the car was dirty when i picked it up. The inside of all the doors hadn't been wiped down, there was visible wax left on the paint that hadn't been wiped off, pools of leather conditioner left on the seat I had to wipe off before I could sit down, leather conditioner over sprayed on the windows. When I pointed this out to the owner he LOST it. Screaming, blaming me, refused to fix the problem or give me my money back. Told me I'd have to pay MORE money and they would do it over. It was so bad, one of his employees apologized and asked if I was ok. His employees were kind but not super efficient and their "boss" was clearly not a good leader. The owner uses the fact that there are little other car wash options in the valley to take advantage of everyone. I've since heard of countless similar stories from this place and I will never go back.

It is super refreshing to find a business that takes so much pride in their work and equally with their treatment of customers. I called Mario because the first round of ceramic we did on our vehicle at a different location/business left me underwhelmed. I also wanted to get our car super clean before winter. Mario walked me through pricing and pointed us towards a teflon coating (I believe it was the Icon Rocklear). I had not heard of teflon whatsoever and when I asked around about it, neither had any friends of mine. During the application process, Mario even texted pictures of the progress. Now after having it applied, I am 100% sold. The Rivian looks better than it did brand new and I feel way more confident with harsh mountain driving knowing it's well protected. If you don't want to drop an insane amount of $$$ getting an entire PPF wrap but also don't want to keep applying ceramic forever and having to maintain it, this is the direction I'd go.

She responded by yelling "it's working, it just worked!" Ok, no need to yell...I gave her the last digits of my credit card number and she said that she would make sure that I wasn't double charged. In the end I wasn't double charged, but I couldn't believe that anyone would treat a customer that way. My advice is to get cash for your car wash and go across the street to the Shell station called Performance Auto. They are helpful, nice, and I also bring my car there to be serviced.

Presoak: A weak, thin stream of water trickles out while you spend 30 sec to a minute waiting for the presoak soap to never come. Wash/soap: As I mentioned, this works well. Foam brush: If the brush isn't full of gravel or mashed flat, you can expect sporadic suds. Rinse: All good here. High Pressure Wax: The stream is strong, but I'm not entirely convinced that there is wax being sprayed. It does not smell like it and there is no beading after application. Spot Free Rinse: Rinse is the only word that applies to this treatment. You will have spots and streaks even when you hand dry. As the other reviewer mentioned, just go across the street to the automatic wash at the Shell station or head down to the Big Dog Car Wash in Gypsum.
