They completely clear the driveway, and when there are parts they can't get to, I have seen the drivers get out and shovel snow. They get the driveway cleared early in the morning, and will plow several times during the day if the snow is really coming down. At the start of each season, a driver stopped by to see the driveway and make sure the stakes are in the right place. They come by at the end of each season to repair any lawn damage.
