I've been going here for years, well over ten, and I gotta say that these guys are BY FAR my favorite pawn people. They give the most, by far, for loans/pawns and their prices are totally reasonable(one of the two least expensive AR 15/5.56 ammo in town during lockdown - and believe me, I called em all either every day, or every other day to check). They're always fair, friendly and helpful. Not to mention their selection! How do y'all fit all that into that tiny store? Y'all need a bigger store if it weren't for your awesome location. Excellent firearm selection for a pawn shop(and they even get some really cool/unique items in from time to time - I REALLY wanted that Daniel Defense AR 15 barrel but someone beat me to it). These guys are the best! 8/19/21(1 year after posting the above on Google) - Just wanted to give an update: The last few months have been particularly tough(can't we just go back to 2019?); a member of my family got sued and had to either pay or go to jail(so, naturally, I wound up paying the $4,000 for her); a friend that's been staying with me for 1yr./+ has been having breathing difficulties due to COPD and Covid, so she can't work and/or pay rent/utilities/food/e.t.c.; AND THEN, to top it all off, I had a spare, loose vape battery(an 18650 battery, one of the big ones) literally explode in my pocket(it was like having a ground bloom flower firework suddenly go off in my pocket, even sounded EXACTLY like one) - while I was driving no less(thankfully only in Smith's parking lot[convenient there being a medical supply aisle there and all] although I did almost hit a white sedan), giving me 2nd and 3rd degree burns over almost half of my lower, right thigh(picture below, WARNING, if you have a strong stomach), making me bedridden, unable to even walk for over a week and a half(though I did try the next 3 days), preventing me from working for over 2 weeks! These guys have been SUPER understanding and have really worked with me and my multiple loans so I don't lose my valuables(literally everything I own of value is in pawn at this point). Situation sucks, the last few months have been horrible, but at least these guys are working with me, giving me some time to work things out. Thank you all, so much!! Tese guys obviously have no clue what they are talking about nor can they read i brought in snap on tools and the one lady said that they dont buy tools (they have a wall of tools as well as impacts behind the counter in plain view), and when i asked to speak to someone else that might know a bit more about tools she got offended and started acting rudely and getting irritated with me then when the other guy came out to look at it he told me that they wouldnt be interested because it was harbor freight brand but i had not only the tool which had the snap on logo and part number which he was not willing to look at on top of this both of them were very unprofessional and rude. ive met literal cows with more respect and professionalism then these employees would highly advise against bringing anything here read more

Got offered $20 for a $175 watch. got offered $20 for a pair of $150 head phones. The Owner/manager has a terrible temper. When i handed him the headphone he said there was a really bad stain. i rubbed if for two seconds. all it was was dirt from the bag i put it in. when i did not except these prices he threw my stuff back at me and said he didn't want to do business with me because he didn't like my demeanor. I went into this pawn shop a few hours ago today...or should I say BOTH locations, a nice 20 minute drive in between each, it's sad to say I had a very distasteful experience. I would say the overall service of both locations was a whopping 3/10 and I would NOT recommend this as your choice of pawn. I brought in a LV designer purse, as well as a pair of the famous red-bottom heel, Lou Boutin, I knew for certain that what I was presenting was nothing less of authentic products, yet I was told by the lady at the desk that these were IN FACT fake. Unfortunately I could not provide the receipt. When I finally got home I found my receipt, and will be driving back tomorrow to let them know they have lost permanent business from myself and the plenty others who see this review. To sum up if you plan of coming here choose another course, and be careful what you purchase as they can not tell the real vs fake various products as proven today. I've been going to this shop for years and I've always been treated more than fairly. I think some of these people who felt they didn't get enough for their items, or are mad because they wouldn't buy them need to understand they know what sells and what they can get things for. Sorry if you bought something overpriced somewhere and expected to get more than half the paid new price, when your item is no longer new. This is a business where the people are experts at knowing what sells and what something is going to sell for. They have an amazing variety of antique jewelry and it's underpriced, as pawn shops work based on gold costs and diamond size typically. I've bought antique jewelry and turned around and sold it for a 400% mark up in my store. If you're good at spotting antiques, there are some excellent deals. Everything is reasonably priced though. They have truly gone above and beyond for me and my family over the years and we've always been treated with the utmost integrity. read more

These guys have absolutely no idea how to run a business, let alone a pawn shop. I bring in a $1500 guitar, I get told it's worthless since it's made in Korea and not Japan. I bring in a Louis Vuitton purse in perfect condition, they tell me it's worthless, they can't do anything with it, and to sell it to a friend. I bring in a $1000 firearm I had just bought at Cabelas. They tell me they can buy it for $600 on the Internet, so, it's worthless again. I love that it isn't one that follows the trends of jewelry stores but uniquely matches me perfectly and will never go out of style because of it. They have a large assortment of quality goods, and the staff is very well versed from Firearms to fly rods and reels! But..... it feels as if they beat you up when you take an item in to have an appraisal done. It was borderline insulting. Overall...
