When I asked about it, I was told it was normal. A few months later, I lost a diamond from the band where one of those thin prongs was. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Fast Fix. Tony was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain exactly what my ring needed and how he would repair it. He took amazing care of it, and now it looks brand new!
