They then offered to fly out their local trusted technician, but I declined. It was a frustrating overall experience for me, but they've been respectful in their communication and followed through in making sure I was either satisfied with my piano or got a full refund. ----- I'm in middle of a dispute with the owners Jonathan and Charlie. I purchased a piano last year from out of state and it's been nothing but trouble since the beginning. They've hired 3 different technicians and have visited my home 7 times and can't fix the dampening issue. I've asked for a refund which they've refused. This current technician has been unresponsive for over a month and Jonathan and Charlie can't seem bothered to resolve this. I'm filing a civil suit next week if there isn't any progress. On the down side, the sales process while smooth and very corporate, lacked some communication with their team on the ground. For example, the booking team specifically said to leave drawers in dressers. The movers were shocked as they would always prefer less weight. Would I use them again? Probably. But I would prefer an actual mover to do the estimate instead of someone over the phone sight unseen. Even a FaceTime or similar video app that would allow for a visual could go a long way towards aligning everyone's expectations.

Mixed experience with this company. The packing itself was generally good, but communication about…read moretiming for pickup and delivery was terrible and packing of one of the storage units was haphazard. We'd just confirm a time, and then it was changed... more than once. Because of repeated miscommunication, we didn't arrive in South Carolina until the crew was nearly finished. One of the storage units appeared to be packed haphazardly* (which I pointed out to the lead mover); he assured us it was fine. The doors were locked and no one entered them until our move out day. (*) it was a rush job since they were trying to get back on the road to FL. They changed the timing multiple times - including morning of arrival - and although they started long before we arrived - we indicated they couldn't leave until we got there). Two of the units were packed before my husband arrived. And we had to purchase an extra small unit for the last few items although they agreed the units we rented were adequate. And that took some time since it was a weekend and later in the afternoon.) A local company later handled the final delivery and unpacking since Rex cost to return from Florida to South Carolina was not affordable for us. We were present with the local crew throughout the process and discovered our 65" TV had been placed on the floor with the screen pressed against another item. It appears the door closing may have pushed it further.... resulting in a cracked screen. In short - after extensive back-and-forth communication - they accepted no responsibility.
