Great breakfast spot. If youre not a breakfast person, lunch options are available too. The Ruben is spectacular! Maybe Im biased but you should definitely pick one up. Service is great and friendly. Just know, there are times where this place can get packed. You can buy bagels of bagels and other sweet treats. I've been a patron since 2010 whe5we first moved to the area. Bagels are hot and fresh, service is super friendly. Lunch sandwiches are served all day long, including breakfast. I've not had better bagels anywhere. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. It's almost $11 for a breakfast sandwich at McD's. Very nice people here. Since Covid, they no longer officially make salt bagels BUT, somehow they do take a plain bagel, and add some salt to it which made me happy. They don't have lox spread either but at least I was able to get my salt bagel. Very good bagels. read more

Being from New Jersey, I am somewhat a bagel snob, but with that being said, I have had a long infatuation with these culinary creations. A bagel with cream cheese can be a truly wondrous thing. Ot is truly a beautiful blend, one that I would dare say rivals that of peanut butter and jelly. Add butter along with the cream cheese and the heavens very well might open and the angels will stare down upon you with envy. The bagels here are pretty good, especially considering that they are not from an area that is particularly known for their bagels. One reason is that I was told that they are boiled before baked, a crucial key to a good bagel. You can't go wrong with an everything bagel with cream cheese. It is in many ways a perfect breakfast. The store itself is a bit plain, but that is how a bagel shop should be. Bagels are nothing fancy. They are simple food, simple but so good. I would definitely recommend a visit here. Hidden gem! We've been twice now and have had great experiences both times! Bagels have a crisp exterier and perfectly chewy interior. Cream cheese is super flavorful and fresh. This is a neat little place. They tend to be super busy at rush times, so calling ahead is a good idea if you are in a rush. The bagels remind me of the ones we would get in NYC has a kid. They do some very creative things for both the lunch and breakfast menus. I would definitely recommend a visit. read more

On my way to MHT, I stopped at Big Easy Bagel. Its rare that I find an actual bagel deli up here (They are all over in NY/NJ) and I was quite excited that I did. Us NY/NJ Natives are bagel snobs. Nothing beats an H&H bagel from Manhattan. Absolutely nothing. So Big Easy is a cute typical deli. I got a pumpernickel bagel with cream cheese and tomatos/capers. My son got a plan bagel with butter. We also got a medium coffee and a chocolate milk. Total came to almost $10. This place claims to have "NY Bagels" as posted on the menu sign inside, but apparently they also have NY prices as well. The bagels were decent. I mean, its hard to duplicate something like a bagel when one of the reasons they are so good down south is because of the water used. The tomatos (two slices) on the bagel were not very ripe and were sliced way too thick to eat without actually having to take it off of the bagel to eat by hand. Was it good? Eh, it was decent. Would I go back? Probably not, the prices were way too high for a bagel deli. read more

I agree that the tomatoes were sucky and too thick but they made up for it with their lovely pastries!
