Make sure to try the French toast bagel. Sandwiches are hefty. The pizza bagel is probably my favorite. My husband favors the sausage, egg, and cheese on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. Iced coffee is great and needs no added sweeteners, though syrups and sugar are available for free. The staff is friendly and helpful! Handicapped parking is available in the small lot. Oh man, this place hit the spot on my visit to the area! Small and casual inside, the bagels and coffee came out quickly, and the coffee was great as well. Folks working there were friendly. I did the sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel, and it was exactly what I wanted! Flavorful but I didn't feel gross after I ate it. Hit up Bagel Cafe this morning for breakfast before hitting the road and heading back home. This great bagel shop was a nice find and if this was the your neighborhood bagel shop you'd never tire of the great service and food available. I opted for a sesame bagel with the cinnamon walnut cream cheese. The bagel had a nice crunch on the outside but was soft and chewy on the inside. The cinnamon walnut cream cheese was the real star of show and was fresh and bursting with flavor. My wife had the French toast bagel with plain cream cheese and raved about the bagel. One daughter had a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and another had a bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel that was worth every penny. It's a good bagel. Little chewy, I've had better in NYC, but it's definitely worth going to and is comparable to Best Bagel on the seacoast in terms of quality. I like the lox bagel myself. The tuna salad bagel was a 7/10 for me. My two favorite bagel flavors are Salt and Asiago Cheese, and they don't offer them at Bagel Cafe, which is probably why I don't visit consistently, but I usually go with the Jalapeño Cheddar option and it is delicious. Additionally, the prices are on the higher side in my opinion, I suppose that's the way it goes these days. Drink options are a bit scarce for my liking, but no big deal. Honestly, the most curious thing I've noticed, is everyone behind the counter looks like they hate you, and their own life, 9/10 times you go in there. It's worth it just to go in to see for yourself and have a laugh. I'm going with 4/5 stars because they make a solid bagel you can count on to make your morning a little less morning-y.You'll get your 5th star when I see my "Salt" flavor on that menu board. read more

Bagel cafe has some of the best bagels you'll get in New England. It's in an unsuspecting spot in a neighborhood. And if I was their neighbor, I would be a regular. I had a cinnamon bagel with the honey cream cheese. The bagel was soft on the inside but perfectly crisp outside. They are very generous with their cream cheese as you can see in my pic. And bought a few savory bagels with their veggie cream cheese to take home. The veggie cream cheese was out of this world. I even used one of they jalapeño cheddar bagels to make a cheesy bread to accompany my dinner. This place is top notch and I plan to stop by when I'm in the area. read more

Coffee wasn't hot enough. Everything bagel too "salty"- why? Prices are higher than neighboring Dunkin Donuts. Beautiful renovation of former restaurants. Was in and out of there in under 5 minutes, customer service was friendly, and most importantly the bagel was seriously one of the best bagels I've had. I wouldn't actually eat here because the seating area and tables aren't the cleanest. My family and I have been frequenting Bagel Cafe for over 20 years. Great bagels and consistency. Everything they use is top quality and the bagels are made in house every morning and not just heated up frozen(unlike Dunkin', Panera etc). They use Boar's Head meats and their bacon is second to none. They've recently added a Chipotle Turkey which is amazing. I highly recommend Bagel Cafe in Manchester, Bedford or Nashua. For NH, they had pretty good bagels. Not "New York" style like they claim though. I got the sausage, egg, and cheese on sesame and thought the meat was good and I loved how gooey the cheese was. The bagel was fluffy and not too tasty. They did have a unique menu where you can get a pizza bagel and pastrami, egg, and cheese. I've never seen those options before, so that's pretty cool!
