The lack of accountability and transparency has been infuriating and heartbreaking. The trauma, pain, and grief my dog, myself, and my family have endured over the past year are beyond words. The grooming place denied any incident and I will never find out the truth, but obviously something happened while he was being groomed that caused him an injury and tremendous pain. When I dropped her off yesterday they had the door open to the back, & I was able to see the grooming stations. Everything looked clean, neat & organized.
