They have so much more, the boot selection is even better than what I've seen in Nevada casinos and large western shops. In other states. I was extremely impressed with the accessories for hats, necklaces earrings clothing options are also impressive. The staff was very nice. Nobody swarmed us or bugged us to make a sale. They were very hands-off until you asked a question. Then they were polite and helpful. The prices were better than expected. Everything is so expensive anymore. It's a little scary to look at Price tags. I was able to get two hat, bands, a new hat, a brand new Levi sleeveless shirt for my husband's birthday All for 100 bucks incredibly good price considering what we got. I've heard from a few friends that the other locations are equally well stocked. Definitely will be going back here. The only place that has more stuff than this is the triple agent In Salem, Oregon so that's really saying something if you know you know.

The front of the store has the conventional "cowboy" boots and hats, ranging in price from "oh, that seems reasonable" to "WOW! I never realized that these were so expensive!". The back of the store has a huge selection of fashionable work footwear, and the middle of the store has many racks of apparel. Boots are arranged by size (just as shoes in a shoe store are), but the signage was easy for me to overlook. After spending a lot of time generally feeling lost, the only on-duty employee came over and provided a HUGE amount of help. She spent a lot of time bringing me boots of various styles and price ranges, various insoles to try them with, and explained to me that they could stretch three different areas of the boots if a liked pair needed a bit of adjustment. I ultimately selected a really nice pair that carried a high price tag, but this truly seems like a one-time investment, so I didn't mind this. I'm really impressed with Boot Barn, and highly recommend it if you're looking for Western wear or Western work shoes or boots. Don't let the toppled wooden horse in the parking lot dissuade you.

The owner (I think her name was Mary Lee), a large woman with dark hair and long fake eyelashes, was arguing with a customer about a refund, and that was the last straw. I felt like I was in a bad soap opera. I waited to have someone help me or ask if I needed assistance for too long, and got the heck out of there. It felt like I was an inconvenience being there. The clothes were actually cute, I saw many beautiful pieces. The arrogance, unprofessional feeling, the tension in the air.... No thanks. And arguing with a customer, scoffing with the rest of the peanut gallery? Geez! I wonder what they said about me after I left.. The only positive part of my experience: I found the same Dear John flare pants I wanted, online for $92.00, as opposed to the advertised $118.00 at Lily's. You can find them on Zappos or the Dear John website. Overpriced, pretentious, rude, classless.. I'd rather shop back in LA, or online. He also sold me plastic inserts for the inside of my shoes which I did not ask for. When I paid the bill I found it was $2,000 for all of this. I was flabbergasted at this and they wouldn't allow me to say no after I paid for them. I will never give a good review for this business. While The Good Feet Store does sell footwear, they have an extremely small selection. Why? Selling shoes turns out to be not really what they do. What they do is sell a system of various inserts for one's shoes to help with various ailments that cause foot pain and discomfort. The footwear they sell has (presumably) been vetted to be effective with their insert system. I was greeted by the sole employee shortly after I entered by being asked whether I had an appointment or not. I told him that I was really just looking for another pair of shoes, and he remarked about my Brooks footwear being great. One of the brands they sell is Brooks. He added that they may be able to fit me in for a fitting if I could wait for an hour or so (that a fitting takes approximately 45 minutes). Since I didn't have the time to spare, and since I only needed a new pair of shoes, I opted not to wait. He gave me his business card and said that I could call at any time to make an appointment. At this point, I was still a bit confused, honestly, because, as I said, I'd just entered and was looking to purchase a pair of shoes. I'd have really appreciated it if the employee had explained to me what they do since he seemed to have assumed that I already knew (which I didn't). How I found the answers that I included in my introductory paragraph was by reading the signage on the walls inside of the establishment after the employee finished with me to tend to the other customers. I'll consider their system if I ever find the need to, but if you're just looking to purchase footwear, this is probably not a good place to go.

Could not contact, so called post office. They said package was sent to completely different address in another city. Business did contact me and they are sending a replacement. I appreciate that they contacted me and they are making it right. Four stars for now until I get item. It may take a day or two but they do respond back to their texts, at least they did for me. The flow of the entrance and exit from the drop-off area works really well since it's in the back of the building. Sometimes you have to wait in line a bit, depending on how much people are dropping off. Only one car can fit in the carport area at a time. Employees are always nice and helpful. As soon as you drive up, a bell rings signaling an employee that you arrived. They come out with a big rolling cart for you to put your donations in. Very easy process. They ask if you want a receipt, then you're on your way! I haven't shopped inside for many years, so I can't speak to the pricing or condition of items. I used to ride the MAX to work in downtown Portland, so I would hit the Goodwill for books to read on the way. They always had a nice selection and prices were great. Overall a great location for donation drop-off. Would definitely recommend!
