When we asked the staff to help us locate the bats we were looking for, they were too busy with their conversation to pay us any mind. They finally agreed to help but only for a minute or two. They went back to their gabbing while we tried, in vain, to pull bats from the top rung. When we finally looked through everything, the selection they had was fairly uniform with 5 or 6 bats in one length and drop and none in any other. It was annoying.
