Within just a few days, an appointment was scheduled, and S&G Customer Service Manager Tim Pettit arrived on February 3, 2026, to evaluate the condition and offer a recommendation. Tim arrived precisely on time and my wife and I took an immediate liking to his highly personable nature. Tim conducted a comprehensive examination of the carpet and concurred that re-stretching was in order. Additionally, he set in motion the process for two pieces of relatively heavy/bulky furniture (a large sofa and a large desk) to be removed from and returned to the room once the procedure was complete (for a very reasonable fee).
