Then I was told that the claim was denied because the installer had installed it incorrectly. However, we used Flooring Liquidator's installer and they are still not willing to fix it. As a Realtor and Property Manager, I will no longer use their services and I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. I was told that they no longer have a Claims Dept. so if you buy something and have any issues - There is NO WARRANTY on the product and they DO NOT honor their work. They don't even deserve one star.
