I liked the way he listened to me and took into consideration all of my questions and concerns. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. He's also trustworthy. My installer Clayton is a doll! He is such a great guy. He's very easy to work with. He's kind, considerate, and a hard hard worker. He is excellent at what he does we're very happy with his workmanship, which is top notch. He went out of his way to move things that we were supposed to with no complaints. We also trusted him to work alone in our home. After tearing the carpet and old floor up, there was several areas that needed more prep and leveling. They were able to get the supplies and work on it immediately. We were so glad for that! The floors are exceptional and they exceeded our expectations!! There are several areas in our home that needed brick and a hearth to be cut to put the floor in and they did an excellent and clean job. The baseboards are wonderful and super clean. We love our new floors!! We can't wait to have them come back and finish our bedrooms and bathrooms. I'll post pics asap!

When it was time for Dave worn Carper Man to provide some demo of floors he did not respond to numerous texts and calls until the night before stating he didn't have the help. He said that he would however provide the material and installation but had not ordered the material and was now on COD so he was not sure how long it would take. We reached out and asked for refund so we could locate a contractor to roommate work as needed. After a couple texts and call and even a offer to accept payments we were told he didn't have the money and has since ghosted us. It is so frustrating and sad beside being against the law to take funds for a job and spend it on something other than the job. Now we have to pursue legally and file all the necessary complaints.
