We have had a great experience. From the very beginning of the process, the office staff was great explaining the different types of carpet and helping us choose what would be best for our family. Now for the date of instillation...the reason for the missing 5th star. We were told that our family could stay in one of the living rooms while the carpet was applied throughout the house and then we could all move when it was time to do that room. The installers came and seemed irritated that we still had stuff in the one living room. They requested the entire area to be empty of things and people. When I bought my house I needed to redo the flooring in two rooms so I went straight to Yelp. Yelp sent to to Bair and I was extremely please with their customer service. They had a great selection and were very helpful to make sure I was going to be happy with what I got. I love the laminate flooring they helped me pick and now 2 years later it's still in great condition. I do wish I would've listened to them when I was choosing carpet color, they told me when I look at the samples it will be much lighter when I put it in a room. I picked s very light color carpet and it got WAYYYY lighter when I put it in vs looking at s sample. Great company, very knowledgeable, very helpful friendly staff. I decided to try out an all carpet store for a change. I usually go to Home Depot or Lowe's but thought I'd like to have a more personalized service this time around. The sales gentleman was very nice, he set up an in home carpet measurement right away. He told me my price quoted included bottom dollar, labor and disposal. The day of the install the technician came on time. He also was very nice and professional, but after leaving I noticed he threw away all his carpet remnants, cardboard tubing, and misc. trash in our dumpster ... I am in the middle of a remodel and need all the space I can get! Especially since I paid them for disposal on my carpet....Also after looking at the receipt I noticed they charged 500 for labor! Home Depot beats them hands down , if your willing to be patient and ignored a couple of times before being seen by one of there few associates. All in all Beir had some Very nice people but I'd rather save some money next time. read more
