A friend of mine was working her first Holiday market and I wanted to surprise her with custom t-shirts for her cookie business. I had heard that Big Frog was good for small batch orders and that the turn around was quick, so I called. I spoke to Tom who asked me to drop in. When I came in, I worked with a young man who helped give me some initial designs and look at shirt and color samples. He listened to my ideas and then said he'd work on a design and send a proof same day. I paid for my shirts which had to be ordered because they weren't in stock. I paid $80 for 3 shirts- I paid more for larger sizes and a better brand than the simple shirts. A few hours later, I got a draft from Destiny. It was very cute and exactly what I wanted. Simple and nice. I approved the design on Wednesday at 1:30pm. The shirts were done and ready for pickup at 12:30 on Friday. So fast! I will definitely be back for one off shirt orders! After calling to inform me that they had messed up on my custom jersey, the manager started screaming at me when I asked for a refund upon pick up. I understand their policy about bringing in your own items, however I should not have to pay for terrible work. That's all I was asking for, a refund for the printing. She grabbed the jerseys from my hand when I let her know that I would be disputing the charges with my credit card company and ran to the back to take pictures. Returned to the front, threw the jerseys at me and said "we're done here." I stated I'd never use their business again and she yelled "good, go." I can not believe the level of disrespect I was shown and obviously won't be back. read more

Destiny and Christopher always greet me with a smile when I come in. I only ordered 2 shirts, but they treated me like I was ordering 500. This location ruined my daughter's soccer jerseys. They placed the patches on the wrong sleeves, they placed them on the right side, after I specifically asked for the patches to be placed on the left sleeves of the jerseys. The owner, Ava, tried to remove it and claimed she couldn't without leaving a mark. She chose to add another patch, on the left sleeve, but didnt even bother to align it with the other one. The store didn't care enough to rectify the mistake correctly. At this point, to correct the mistake, they would have to replace the three jerseys, $45.36 each one. Would not recommend! read more

Contacted Big Frog Katy because we wanted to get t-shirts printed for my Grandma's 85th birthday as a surprise! All seemed well; Big Frog priced the design with the T-shirts we ordered, we paid, and the delivery date was set on time. The owner, Tom, was friendly. Cut to 8 days later, and we receive a mock-up of what the tshirt will ACTUALLY look like... it's completely different; very dark due and completely unreadable. They said to print the design as is it would be a huge price raise... this was shocking because they had priced that exact tshirt and design from the beginning. Luckily, they did give us a refund upon request, but now I've got less than a week to try and get these done (during a pandemic.) These guys really put us in a hard spot and wasted our time to get this accomplished. Do not recommend. read more
